2016中國國際友好城市大會在重慶舉行

11月10日—11日，由中國人民對外友好協(xié)會、中國國際友好城市聯(lián)合會、重慶市人民政府共同主辦，重慶市人民政府外事僑務辦公室承辦的2016中國國際友好城市大會，在重慶悅來國際會議中心舉行。中共中央政治局委員、重慶市委書記孫政才出席開幕式，中共中央政治局委員、國家副主席李源潮在開幕式上發(fā)表主旨演講。

烏干達副總統(tǒng)愛德華·塞坎迪，日本前首相鳩山由紀夫，荷蘭前首相維姆·科克，中國人民對外友好協(xié)會、中國國際友好城市聯(lián)合會會長李小林，重慶市市長黃奇帆，在開幕式上先后致辭。

本屆大會的主題為“創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、合作共享”，來自263個國際城市的600名參會代表進行了廣泛深入且富有成效的討論，大會發(fā)布并通過了《重慶倡議》。

2016維也納—重慶雙城文化節(jié)開幕

10月17日，由聯(lián)合國海陸絲綢之路城市聯(lián)盟智慧城市與新興產(chǎn)業(yè)委員會（UNMCSR-SNC）主辦的“2016維也納—重慶雙城文化節(jié)”在重慶開幕。奧地利駐華使節(jié)，維也納、重慶市政府官員和兩國知名學者、文藝團體在為期4天的文化節(jié)期間開展了文化論壇、學術研討、文藝演出等一系列精彩活動，讓市民領略世界音樂之都的風采。

渝新歐首次全程運郵測試成功

10月20日，搭乘中歐（渝新歐）班列的26袋郵包、共計139件郵件順利抵達德國法蘭克福郵件處理中心，隨即進入配送環(huán)節(jié)。此舉標志著渝新歐全程運郵測試成功，開中歐國際鐵路貨運班列全程運輸國際郵包的先河。今年5月，海關總署正式批準重慶成為國內(nèi)首個中歐國際鐵路貨運班列運郵試點城市。

在國內(nèi)率先開啟鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品“海淘”模式

10月31日，重慶市商務委和澳洲頤牛YIBEEF發(fā)布消息，我市依托進口肉類指定口岸，通過與澳大利亞有關方面合作，在國內(nèi)率先開啟了鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品“海淘”模式。中國消費者可以通過澳洲頤牛的電商平臺，在網(wǎng)上以個人、家庭團購、朋友眾籌等多種形式直接委托頤牛YIBEEF在澳洲購買活牛，其價格甚至比國產(chǎn)牛肉還低。

浪潮（西南）大數(shù)據(jù)中心落戶重慶

11月2日，浪潮（重慶）云計算中心揭牌，浪潮（西南）大數(shù)據(jù)中心簽約落戶重慶兩江新區(qū)水土國際云計算產(chǎn)業(yè)園。該中心具備15萬臺服務器的運營支撐能力，可為客戶提供面向各類應用的IT支撐服務，是浪潮集團云服務戰(zhàn)略七大核心節(jié)點之一。浪潮集團還與兩江新區(qū)簽署投資服務協(xié)議，建設浪潮（西南）大數(shù)據(jù)中心項目，包括建設浪潮大數(shù)據(jù)展示中心、設立“浪潮學院”，助推兩江新區(qū)大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集發(fā)展。

長征五號箭體九成鋁材“重慶造”

11月3日20時43分，我國最大推力新一代運載火箭長征五號首次發(fā)射任務取得圓滿成功。中鋁西南鋁為長征五號箭體結(jié)構(gòu)提供九成以上的鋁材，這次由其獨家供應的鍛環(huán)和板材，被用于長征五號過渡環(huán)、轉(zhuǎn)接框、貯箱等關鍵部位。而伴隨著大火箭的首飛，西南鋁此前成功研制的直徑5米級整體鍛環(huán)，也實現(xiàn)了太空“首秀”。

重慶將生產(chǎn)出全球首輛“量子列車”

由重慶華非云投資（集團）公司、科大國盾量子技術股份有限公司、重慶郵電大學和北京大學共同承建的“基于量子安全技術的城市軌道交通控制系統(tǒng)平臺”，目前已建成并投入使用，預計2017年1月，全球首輛采用量子通信技術的軌道列車將完成安裝調(diào)試，并交付用戶。“量子列車”除車廂外殼來自青島，其余技術和設備，將全部由重慶企業(yè)提供。

中新重慶項目金融合作已簽約150億美元

中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項目運行1年以來，金融合作領域已簽約60多個項目，投資金額150億美元，其中發(fā)債和跨境融資等金融項目簽約40個，投資金額約30億美元。2015年11月7日，中國和新加坡政府間第三個合作項目落地重慶，該項目以重慶為運營中心，金融、航空、物流運輸和信息通信技術為重點合作領域。

涪陵頁巖氣田年產(chǎn)值突破百億元

今年以來，涪陵頁巖氣田銷氣量已突破40億立方米，預計全年產(chǎn)氣50億立方米的目標將圓滿實現(xiàn)。同時，涪陵頁巖氣公司今年產(chǎn)值已突破100億元，提前實現(xiàn)了全年計劃產(chǎn)值目標。

果園港成西南首個國產(chǎn)高檔車水路分撥中心

11月16日，兩江新區(qū)果園滾裝碼頭公司已經(jīng)正式簽訂國產(chǎn)路虎、捷豹等高檔商品車港口中轉(zhuǎn)協(xié)議，標志著果園港成為國產(chǎn)高檔商品車在西南片區(qū)首個水路分撥中心。果園港商品車分撥中心現(xiàn)設有商品車“水、鐵、公”多式聯(lián)運集并區(qū)和分撥區(qū)16個、裝卸作業(yè)線12條、PDI檢測線2條，可一次性堆存商品車1.2萬輛。

42名美國中小學校長及學區(qū)教育官員來渝訪問

11月16日，由美國8個州、42名中小學校長及學區(qū)教育官員組成的“2016年漢語橋—美國校長訪華之旅代表團”走進重慶市珊瑚實驗小學，舉行“中美校長交流對話會”，并對此次為期4天的訪渝活動進行總結(jié)。代表團此次應國家漢辦邀請，分組深入我市九龍坡區(qū)、南岸區(qū)的23所中小學，觀摩課堂教學，與師生一同體驗中國傳統(tǒng)文化特色課堂。

Chongqing Held the 2016 China International Friendship Cities Conference

On November 10thand 11th, The 2016 China International Friendship Cities Conference was grandly held by Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, China International Friendship Cities Association and Chongqing Municipal People’s Government in Chongqing Yuelai International Convention Center. Li Yuanchao, the member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee and the vice president, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. Sun Zhengcai, the member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee and the secretary of Chongqing Municipal Party Committee, also attended the opening ceremony.

Hon.Kiwanuka Edward Ssekandi, Vice President of Uganda;Yukio Hatoyama,former prime minister of Japan; Willem Kok, former prime minister of the Netherlands; Huang Qifan, the Mayor of Chongqing,had delivered speech in opening ceremony.

The theme of this conference was “Innova tion for Development and Cooperation for Sharing”, 600 delegates from 263 interna tional cities had conducted broad, in dept h as well as fruitful discussions. The Chon gqing Initiative was issued and passed in the conference. At the closing ceremony, t he relationship between sister cities was c oncluded and the cooperation project of si ster cities was signed , and the protocal w as signed to establish the sister cities relat ionship between Chongqing Jiangbei distr ict and Piacenza in Italy. Meanwhile, the c onference also commended the domestic and foreign cities due to their outstanding performance in the domestic and foreign s ister cities activities, and Chongqing won t he “International Sister City Special Contri bution Award ”,which is also the fi rst time f or Chongqing to receive this honor.

The Opening of 2016 Culture Festival of Vienna-Chongqing Twin Cities

On October 17th,the opening of “2016 Culture Festival of Vienna-Chongqing Twin Cities” organized by UNMSCRSNC was held in Chongqing.During the four-day culture festival,a series of wonderful activities, like culture forums, academic researches, artistic performances and etc. have been carried out by Austrian envoys in China, government officials of Vienna and Chongqing,as well as renowned scholars and theater troupes of two cities.Those activities allow citizens to appreciate the elegant demeanor of the world music capital.

The Success of the First Whole Mail Transportation Journey Test of Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe International Railway

On October 20th, there were 26 parcels,including 139 mails took Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe international railway to Frankfurt mail processing center of Germany. After arriving smoothly,the distribution took place immediately.This action marked the success of Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe international railway whole journey mail transportation a success,and set a precedent in whole journey international parcels transportation of China-Europe international block trains. This May,General Administration of Customs formally authorized Chongqing to become the fi rst domestic plot city of China-Europe international mail transportation.

A Pioneer in China to Develop Cross-border Online Shopping Mode of Fresh Agricultural Products

On October 31st, Chongqing Commerce Commission and YIBEEF published a message that our city first opened fresh agricultural products cross-border online shopping mode, relying on imported meat designated ports and cooperation with Australian. Chinese customers can buy the favorite live cattle at a cheaper price than homegrown beef in Australia online through directly entrusting YIBEEF by personal, family group buying, friends crowd funding, and so on.

Inspur (southwest) Big Data Center Settled in Chongqing

On November 2nd, Inspur (Chongqing) Cloud Computing Service Center was launched. Inspur (southwest) Big Data Center signed a contract to settle in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Shuitu High-tech Industrial Park. The center, one of the seven core nodes of Inspur Group Cloud Service, is able to support 150,000 servers to operate, and offer customers IT supporting service in various applications. Inspur Group also signed an investment service agreements with Liangjiang New Area, aiming to construct Inspur(southwest) Big Data Center Project, including constructing Inspur Big Data Show Center, establishing“Inspur Academy”, promoting cluster development of Liangjiang New Area big data and cloud computing industry.

90% of the Aluminum in CZ-5 Body was Made in Chongqing

At 20:43 on November 3th, the maiden launch of the newlydesigned carrier rocket Long March-5 (CZ-5) with maximum continuous thrust (MCT) has achieved a sounding success. Southwest Aluminum affiliated to Aluminum Corporation of China Limited provided more than 90% of aluminum for the rocket body of CZ-5. The forged rings and panels exclusively supplied by Southwest aluminum were used in transition rings, frame adapters and tank of CZ-5. Along with the maiden launch of the rocket, the integrally forged rings with a diameter of 5 meters made their debut in space.

Chongqing is Going to Launch the World’s First“Quantum Train”

Under the joint efforts of Chongqing HFY Group, QuantumCTek Co., Ltd., Chongqing University of Post and Telecommunications and Beijing University, the “Platform of City Rail Transportation Control System Based on Quantum Security Technologies” is now completed and put into use. It is expected that by January 2017, the world’s first train employing quantum information technology will be fully installed, debugged and put into service. Except for its Qingdao-originated carriage shell, all technologies and equipments of the “quantum train” will be supplied by local industries in Chongqing.

Chongqing-based Program of China-Singapore Financial Cooperation Has Reached a Contract Volume of $15 Billion

Since the foundation of the demonstration program of strategic connectivity between China and Singapore a year ago, more than 60 projects have been signed in financial cooperation fi eld, reaching a total investment of $15 billion, including 40 financial projects such as bonding-issuing and cross-border funding, accounting for about $3 billion. On November 7th, 2015, the third cooperative program between China and Singapore was launched in Chongqing. The program, setting Chongqing as the operation center, highlights its cooperation fields in finance, aviation, logistics transportation and information and communication technology.

Fuling Shale Gas Field’s Output Value Exceeded 10 Billion RMB

This year Fuling shale gas fi eld has an yield of 4 billion cubic meters, and is expected to reach its goal of 5billion cubic meters by the end of the year. In the meantime, the output value of Fuling Shale Gas Company has exceeded 10 billion yuan this year, reaching the planed annual output ahead of time.

Guoyuan Port Became the First Domestic Waterway Distribution Center for Premium Cars in Southwest China

On November 16th, Guoyuan Ro-Ro Berth Company in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area has officially signed an agreement on port transshipment with Premium car companies including domestic Land Rover and Jaguar, thus making Guoyuan Port the fi rst domestic waterway distribution center for commercial automobiles in southwest China. Guoyuan Port commercial automobile distribution center has 16 collection and allocation sections with combined waterway, railway and road transportation, 12 handling operation lines and 2 pre-delivery inspection(PDI) lines, with a capacity of 12,000 commercial automobiles at a time.

42 Elementary School and Middle School Principals and School-district Education 0ffi cers from the USA Paid a Visit to Chongqing

On November 16th, the delegations in the program of “2016 Chinese Bridge----American principals visiting China”consisting of 42 elementary school and middle school principals and school-district education officers from 8 states visited Chongqing Shanhu Experimental Elementary School, where the meeting between Chinese and American principals was held and a summary of their 4-day visit was made. The delegates, at the invitation of China National Offi ce for Teaching Chinese as a foreign Language (NOCFL), were divided into groups to conduct classroom observation and experience traditional Chinese classes with teachers and students at 23 elementary schools and middle schools in Jiulongpo district and Nan’an district of Chongqing.
