2016年9月11日，中國(guó)—東盟企業(yè)家合作高端對(duì)話會(huì)在廣西南寧舉行。對(duì)話會(huì)由中國(guó)—東盟博覽會(huì)秘書(shū)處主辦，來(lái)自中國(guó)和東盟國(guó)家的企業(yè)家、友好組織負(fù)責(zé)人等參加。中國(guó)—東盟中心秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)楊秀萍應(yīng)邀出席并致辭。

廣西國(guó)際博覽事務(wù)局副局長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)—東盟博覽會(huì)秘書(shū)處副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)楊雁雁致歡迎辭。她表示，中國(guó)—東盟博覽會(huì)影響力日益擴(kuò)大，為促進(jìn)雙方深化務(wù)實(shí)合作發(fā)揮了重要作用。希望雙方企業(yè)家充分利用這一平臺(tái)，加強(qiáng)信息溝通和資源共享，促進(jìn)商務(wù)對(duì)接，實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏，為中國(guó)—東盟關(guān)系發(fā)展注入更大動(dòng)力。

泰國(guó)前副總理、泰中友好協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)塔帕朗西回顧了泰中及東盟—中國(guó)友好交流合作的發(fā)展歷程。他表示，私營(yíng)企業(yè)是推動(dòng)?xùn)|盟與中國(guó)關(guān)系持續(xù)深入發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)恿Α！耙粠б宦贰背h致力于促進(jìn)和平與繁榮，實(shí)現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展，得到越來(lái)越多國(guó)家的支持和參與。中國(guó)和東盟國(guó)家企業(yè)界應(yīng)抓住當(dāng)前機(jī)遇，拓展電子商務(wù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融等新興領(lǐng)域合作，不斷提升東盟—中國(guó)合作質(zhì)量和水平。

Mr. Korn Dabbaransi, Former Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand and Chairman of Thai-Chinese Friendship Association recalled the history of Thailand-China as well as ASEAN-China friendly exchanges and cooperation. He said that the private enterprises has been an important driving force for the sustainable development of ASEANChina relations. The Belt and Road Initiative, which aims for the peace, prosperity and common development, has gained more support for several countries. Thus, the business circles of ASEAN and China should seize the current opportunity in order to promote the cooperation in the fi elds of E-commerce, Internet-based finance, etc., which would finally upgrade ASEAN-China cooperation.

On 11 September 2016, the China-ASEAN Entrepreneurs High-Level Cooperation Dialogue was held in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The Dialgue was hosted by the Secretariat of China-ASEAN Expo. Entrepreneurs and leaders of business associations from ASEAN and China attended the Dialogue. H.E. Mme. Yang Xiuping, Secretary-General of ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) attended the Dialogue and delivered a speech.

Secretary-General Yang Xiuping said that enterprises have been the main bodies of ASEAN-China economic cooperation and the promoters of ASEAN-China economic cooperation. Enhancing the exchanges and cooperation among entrepreneurs has been of great importance. She hoped the entrepreneurs of both sides could plan for business direction by integrating with the developing strategies of ASEAN and China, make good use of the existing mechanisms and resources to add vitality to broader cooperation, explore more for effective modes for cooperation creatively, enhance capacity building of personnel for entering into ASEANChina market, attach importance to culture integration, and co-build a harmonious community. ACC would continue to build up more cooperative platforms for enterprises of both sides, so as to make contributions to the comprehensive development of ASEAN-China strategic relations.

Ms. Yang Yanyan, Vice Director General of Guangxi International Expositions Bureau and Vice Secretary-General of China-ASEAN Expo Secretariat delivered opening remarks. She noted that the influence of China-ASEAN Expo has been expanding, which plays an important role in promoting the functional cooperation between the two sides. The entrepreneurs should make good use of this platform to strengthen information sharing and business matching, acheive a win-win results, and inject new impetus into China-ASEAN relations.

柬埔寨首相經(jīng)濟(jì)顧問(wèn)、加華銀行董事長(zhǎng)方僑生在致辭中介紹了柬埔寨經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展政策和投資環(huán)境，歡迎更多中國(guó)企業(yè)赴柬埔寨投資興業(yè)。敦煌網(wǎng)首席執(zhí)行官王樹(shù)彤結(jié)合全球數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，分享了敦煌網(wǎng)開(kāi)展電子商務(wù)合作方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

由表2可知，經(jīng)過(guò)冷補(bǔ)瀝青修補(bǔ)料處治后，路面抗?jié)B能力較好。該高速公路各修補(bǔ)路面施工完畢后的滲水系數(shù)極小，且在開(kāi)放交通一年后，滲水系數(shù)的變化較小，這是由于改性乳化瀝青混合料具有良好的抗?jié)B性能，能有效減緩瀝青路面的水損害現(xiàn)象，從而避免二次坑槽病害。

當(dāng)前用于鉆機(jī)絞車(chē)的驅(qū)動(dòng)方式分為兩種，分別為電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)和液壓馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)[1]。由于用于油氣勘探的鉆機(jī)需要在高瓦斯?jié)舛鹊沫h(huán)境下作業(yè)，采用電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的鉆機(jī)絞車(chē)很有可能產(chǎn)生電火花引起安全事故，因此適用于油氣勘探鉆機(jī)的絞車(chē)應(yīng)當(dāng)采用液壓為驅(qū)動(dòng)方式[2,3]。鉆機(jī)絞車(chē)減速箱的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)當(dāng)滿足小型化的應(yīng)用要求，在滿足小傳動(dòng)比的前提下，本文通過(guò)計(jì)算對(duì)絞車(chē)減速箱進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。

Mr. Pung Kheav Se, Consultant of Cambodian Prime Minister and Chairman of Canadia Bank introduced the development strategy and investment environment of Cambodia, and encouraged Chinese entrepreneurs to invest in Cambodia. Moreover, Ms. Wang Shutong, CEO of DHGate. com shared her experience in E-commerce cooperation by analyzing the trend of global digital economy.
