“十一五”以來，北京中麗公司經歷整體搬遷、金融危機、市場需求急劇萎縮等一系列重大事件。在驚濤駭浪中，公司領導班子以員工及員工利益為工作的出發點和落腳點，夯實企業管理基礎，健全工作機制，以不斷創新求得企業穩健發展與員工利益保障，在提升中國化纖裝備核心競爭力中走出了一條“企業與員工和諧共贏”的健康發展道路。

2015年是中國紡織、化纖行業在經歷高速擴產能階段后、進入低迷下行階段的第三年，在國家大型直紡項目限令“急剎車”、常規紡絲產品庫存飽和、紡機市場定單急劇銳減的嚴峻形勢下，大批企業運轉出現了困難，諸多企業用戶出現了開工率不足，甚至市場還出現了化纖原料價格高于成品絲的價格的“倒掛”和一些知名企業倒閉、破產的現象，整個聚酯滌綸行業進入了步履異常艱難的非常時期，北京中麗公司也經歷了前所未有的挑戰。

在這種情況下，北京中麗公司憑借自身優勢，敢于提升科技創新能力，一舉實現年度新簽6.5億元生效合同、累計實現有效合同額達19億元的突出業績，繼續穩固了在國內化纖機械工程行業的領軍地位。其中，與江蘇鑫博、四川大學聯合研制新型高分子彈性體及纖維產業化科技項目的單項合同總額達2.6億元，成為中國紡機行業年度實現大額單筆定單的一個亮點。

As a progressive state-owned enterprise， the company creates an embryo of modern chemical fiber textile machinery manufacturing enterprise， as well as national brand with nearly half a century of efforts， vindicating for “Made in China”， and vaulting into the rank of global professional chemical engineering company with fortyyear race against time.

Its remarkable achievements are obvious to all. At present， as one of the largest Chinese modern chemical fiber machinery manufacturing base， the company introduces the world’s advanced machining centers，CNC lathe and other equipment， and establishes domestic first-class modern chemical fiber production line and assembly line. Meantime， it also has a large number of highly innovative professional talents in the fields of chemical fiber engineering， process and machinery， with production capacity of 3500 spinning per year and high-speed winding head of 3500 sets per year.

The company has melt direct spinning of polyester， polypropylene， textile and industrial yarn of nylon， differentiation and chip-spinning， spinning process of nonwovens， engineering large-scale technology and equipment， as well as technology and manufacturing of high-speed winding head of various specification； meanwhile， it also produces electrical control cabinet of plastic machinery and equipment， and other cotton and fiber equipment， as well as spinneret，which are exported to Asia， America， Europe and hundreds of enterprises of more than 30 provinces and cities in the country，with market share in the forefront of the industry.

Since 11th Five-Year， the company has experienced a series of major events， such as the overall relocation， financial crisis，the sharp decline in market demand and so on. 2015 is the third year of China textile and chemical fiber industry in the downward phase following rapid expansion of production capacity. Under the situation of restriction of national large-scale direct spinning project， saturated inventory of conventional spinning products， and sharply reduced orders of textile machinery， many enterprises get into hot water with deficient operating rate， and even with phenomenon of price of raw materials higher than finished yarn and business failure， which makes polyester industry enters a very difficult period， and Beijing Chonglee has experienced an unprecedented challenge.

In this case， the company enhances scientific and technological innovation ability to achieve annual new contract of 0.65 billion yuan， and total effective contract of 1.9 billion yuan， by virtue of its own advantages， consolidating its leading position in the domestic chemical fiber engineering machinery industry. Among them， total contract value of the project with Jiangsu Xinbo and Sichuan University in the field of new type of polymeric elastomer and fiber industrialization reached to 0.26 billion yuan，making a bright spot of annual large single order in China textile machinery industry.

2016 is starting year of “13th Five-Year” plan， and also the crucial year for innovation and development of the company.
