摘 要:潁河取水口工程圍堰內(nèi)外水位差大于8.0m,在本市水利工程建設(shè)中很少遇到,又跨汛期施工,施工條件十分惡劣;穿堤自流管的防滲采用截滲墻及壓密注漿相結(jié)合的措施,達(dá)到了預(yù)期處理效果。本文通過對該工程設(shè)計技術(shù)交底的介紹,對今后類似工程的設(shè)計與施工具有很好的參考借鑒價值。

Abstract: Ying River water intake works cofferdam inside and outside the water level difference is greater than 8.0m, rarely encountered in hydraulic engineering construction in the city, but also across the flood season of construction, the construction conditions are very bad; using the Levee gravity pipe impermeable cutoff walland compaction grouting a combination of measures to achieve the expected treatment effect. The reference value is a good reference on the design and construction of similar projects in the future through the introduction of the engineering technical disclosure.

1.引言
根據(jù)水利部淮河水利委員會主持的《阜陽華潤電力有限公司(2×600MW)超臨界燃煤發(fā)電機(jī)組工程潁河取水口及引水管、潁河灰管橋洪水影響評價報告》專家評審會上形成的專家評審意見,受阜陽華潤電力有限公司的委托,我院對潁河取水口及取水穿堤自流管工程進(jìn)行設(shè)計,現(xiàn)對取水口圍堰及穿堤自流管防滲處理施工的設(shè)計技術(shù)交底作如下簡敘。
2. 圍堰工程
(1)鑒于本工程施工時間緊迫,必須在臨近汛期時施工,圍堰擋水位較高(內(nèi)外水位差>8.0m),在本市水利工程建設(shè)中很少遇到擋如此高的水位,且潁河水位上漲較快,因此施工條件十分惡劣。本工程施工成敗的關(guān)鍵就在于圍堰工程,因此,圍堰的施工與監(jiān)理單位一定要選擇具有相應(yīng)資質(zhì)的相應(yīng)隊伍承擔(dān)。
(2)圍堰屬臨時性建筑物,其設(shè)計由施工單位自行負(fù)責(zé)。施工單位必須認(rèn)真進(jìn)行本流域的水文、氣象分析,尤其是圍堰擋水期間潁河的水位、降雨量、水情數(shù)據(jù)的分析,精心設(shè)計,務(wù)必注意圍堰的抗滑、防滲、防沖等問題,以保證工程的施工安全。……
