中國歐盟商會在渝發布商業信心調查報告歐企在中國擴張意愿排行 重慶居第三

7月5日，中國歐盟商會在重慶舉行2016商業信心調查報告發布會，本報告由歐盟商會攜手羅蘭貝格咨詢公司發布，代表了超過500家歐盟商會會員公司高級管理人員的意見，提供了會員公司在中國市場的表現、對中國市場的預期等的概述。

來自歐洲駐渝領事館，政府涉外部門，制造、貿易、法律、能源、航空、物流、金融等領域的嘉賓參加了發布會。意大利駐重慶總領事館總領事S erg io Maffettone、英國駐重慶總領事館政治經濟領事Thomas Blake-J ames、捷克Adastra公司代表Thomas Zidek等嘉賓在會上發言，并與其他參會嘉賓進行了積極討論。

調查報告顯示，在汽車和汽車配件業，近五分之一的企業增長較為強勁，并表示其息稅前收益（企業的營業利潤）大幅增長，其原因主要是中國中產階級群體不斷壯大，用于購車的可支配收入也更多了。同時，由于中國消費者消費習慣的改變，越來越多的人會選購進口食品，使得歐洲企業的食品和飲料行業也表現良好。

報告表明，從基礎設施、交通環境以及私營企業在當地經濟所占比重等因素考慮，2016年歐洲企業向中國各省份或地區的擴張意愿排名顯示，廣東、上海、重慶3個省、直轄市仍居排行榜前列。

重慶成為渝新歐班列運郵試點城市

海關總署現已批準重慶成為渝新歐班列運郵試點城市，重慶率先啟動至俄羅斯和德國的渝新歐運郵測試，待條件成熟后，渝新歐運郵將進入常態化。中國郵政集團公司重慶分公司包裹業務中心經理鄧慶介紹，重慶郵政將開通專屬于渝新歐的郵運產品，郵寄費用更低，寄遞范圍擴大，可以承運航空禁運的某些電子產品。

論趨勢談發展謀合作 亞洲能源合作論壇在重慶舉行

6月27日—28日，亞洲能源合作論壇在重慶悅來國際會議中心召開。來自亞洲地區約20個國家、國際組織和重要能源企業的200多位嘉賓齊聚重慶，圍繞“亞洲能源可持續發展與合作路徑”主題，共商亞洲能源合作。就“構建亞洲能源合作新型伙伴關系”，亞洲能源發展的新趨勢和新格局、能源合作與金融支持、新能源與低碳化、民營企業參與亞洲能源合作、“一帶一路”與能源合作等議題展開熱烈討論。

龐大汽貿入渝 建平行進口車超市

今后，市民購買進口汽車將更便利、更優惠。龐大汽貿集團重慶保稅港區項目已正式簽約，將打造平行進口汽車超市和商用車超市等。龐大汽貿相關負責人表示，龐大計劃在重慶保稅港區水港貿易功能區租賃40畝土地，打造進口汽車超市，自主進口巴博斯及奧迪、路虎、寶馬等品牌平行汽車整車，超市預計今年下半年動工。

赴韓旅游再添新線路 重慶開辟直飛大邱航線

以前市民到韓國旅游，大多直飛首爾和濟州島，如今可直飛大邱機場。7月3日凌晨，由重慶江北機場直飛韓國大邱的航線首航成功，這意味著市民赴韓國旅游又添新線路。將來還將開辟飛往日本、新加坡、馬來西亞和俄羅斯等國家、地區的15條直飛航線，讓游客省去轉機煩惱，輕松出游。

新加坡新源教育控股集團來渝布局

7月5日，中新（重慶）產業促進孵化中心已與新加坡新源教育控股集團簽約，將新加坡幼教資源引入重慶。最快明年春季，在兩江新區建立首家國際幼兒園。此次新源教育控股集團進入重慶，旨在為中新（重慶）戰略性互聯互通示范項目參與企業的外籍高管和員工子女提供與國際接軌的基礎教育服務，為在渝外籍人員子女以及重慶市民提供高質量的國際幼教服務。

德國庫卡攜手長安共建機器人智能裝備項目

7月6日，兩江新區消息，庫卡工業有限公司和重慶長安工業（集團）有限責任公司在兩江新區水土園區正式成立機器人合資公司。目前項目已全面啟動建設，并計劃2016年年底前投入運營。在重慶生產基地投產之前，庫卡公司還計劃通過渝新歐國際鐵路聯運大通道，將其在德國生產的機器人產品運到重慶銷售。

On July 5th, 2016 business confidence report press conference was held by European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. The report presented jointly by European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and Roland Berger, representing the opinions and suggestions of senior managers from more than 500 enterprises of European Union Chamber of Commerce, showed how their member enterprises perform in China and their expectation to the Chinese market etc.

People from the sectors like, the European consulates Chongqing, Foreign Affairs Department of government, manufacturing, trade, law, resources, aviation, logistics, financial attended the press conference. Sergio Maffettone, the consul general of Italy consulate Chongqing , Thomas Blake-James, the consul in charge of politics and economic affairs of Britain consulate Chongqing, Thomas Zidek, the representative of Adastra in Czech Repblic, spoke at the conference and actively participated in the discussion with other people.

The report showed that 1/5 of enterprises had a relatively strong growth in automobile and its fitting industry, and the income before tax (operating profits) has increased substantially, which mainly because the middle class of Chinese people are more than before and their disposable income for automobiles increased correspondingly. And meanwhile, people’s consumption habits changed with time so that more people are inclined to choose imported foodstuff, which contributed to a better performance of the food and drink industry in Europe.

According to the report, with an view to infrastructure, transportation condition, and the ratio of private enterprises in local economy etc., the 2016 expanding intention list of European enterprises showed that Guangdong, Shanghai and Chongqing are the fi rst three choices of their branches or subsidiaries.

Chongqing becomes the pilot city of mail transportation by Eurasia international rail

General Administration of Customs has approved Chongqing be a pilot city of mail transportation through Eurasia international rail. Chongqing first launched the mail transportation test of Eurasia international railway to Russia and Germany, and the mail transportation would step into normal when all the preparation get done. According to the introduction of Deng Qing, the general manager of the parcel service center of China Post Group Corporation’s Chongqing branch, Chongqing Post will list some products which are specially transported by Eurasia international railway, at that time, the postage will be much lower than before and the type of products transported will be increased. What’s more, some products prohibited by air can also be transported by the rail.

A direct airline from Chongqing to Daegu, South Korea was opened
