摘 要 目的:在生理課程教學中運用臨床案例,提升學生學習思考問題和解決問題的能力。方法:選擇生理課程教學中與臨床案例關系密切的角度,結合課程中重點、難點、熱點,以案例分析的形式,進行問題式、解釋式、互動式教學,培養學生綜合素質和臨床思維。結果:通過一系列臨床案例教學互動,激發學生“學以致用”的能力和水平。結論:在生理課程教學中,廣泛結合臨床實踐病例,不僅可以師生互動研討生理教學與臨床醫學,還能夠有效激發學生的學習興趣和實踐能力。

Combined Use of Clinical Cases in Physiology Teaching

Abstract Objective: Clinical Case in physiology teaching, enhance the ability of students to learn to think and solve problems. Methods: Teaching physiology and clinical cases close angle, combined with the course key, difficult, hot, in the form of case studies, carry out problem-based, interpretive, interactive teaching, students' comprehensive quality and clinical thinking. Results: Through a series of interactive clinical case teaching to inspire students to "apply their knowledge" ability and level. Conclusion: Teaching physiology, clinical practice widespread cases, not only teacher-student interaction physiology teaching and clinical research, but also can effectively stimulate students' interest in learning and practical abilities.

1 找準生理教學與臨床案例結合要點
(1)突出重點,明確目的。生理教學中引入臨床案例,必須明確生理學習目的,從臨床案例中許多發病機理、臨床表征、治療原則上去闡述生理學原理,并結合生理學概念與臨床疾病的關系,激發起學生們深入研究分析臨床疾病的興趣和能力。比如:消化生理學中胃液、膽汁、胰液在消化過程中的作用是,可以引入一些相關的疾病萎縮性胃炎、膽道梗阻、胰腺炎病例的臨床表征,分析癥狀出現的生理原因,從而明確到疾病臨床表現的發生生理機制,理解生理學原理要求。
(2)結合難點,理解過程。生理教學中引入臨床案例,必須結合生理學習難點,用臨床案例中表現性的臨床表征、治療方式上去闡述概念性的生理學原理,并結合生理學概念與臨床疾病的關系,讓學生們學會理解臨床疾病發病治療過程的方法。……
