制造類企業選購儀表遵循的的原則

摘 要：電子儀表是制造類企業的主要資產，合理的選擇儀表不但可以減輕企業的資金壓力，而且可以有效控制生產成本，提高企業產品的市場競爭力。電子儀表的選購對企業來說是一項十分重要的工作，如果方法得當，不但可以為企業選出好用，管用的儀表，能夠有效減少企業的直接支出費用，而且可以極大地減少潛在的費用。本文通過提出選購儀表類型及其重要性，重點分析選購儀表的原則。

近些年來科技的快速發展，儀表的技術含量愈來愈高，單臺的采購費用往往達到幾十萬甚至百十萬，而目前國內制造類企業的盈利能力普遍不理想，因此儀表的采購費用對制造類企業來說是一筆大支出，對企業的成本控制，正常運營，可持續發展，競爭力地提高影響不小，下面本人結合自己的十幾年工作經驗，談一下企業選購儀表遵循的原則，以供參考。

1 明確選購儀表的類型

選購儀表，首先要明白自己需要哪方面的儀表：電壓類，電流類，參數類，信號源類還是其他類型的儀表，搞清楚儀表需求的類別，才能確定選購的方向。

2 清楚所需儀表得重要性

選購儀表，必須了解需要的是關鍵性儀表，還是一般性的儀表，是否有特殊的要求。如果是關鍵性的儀表，就要十分謹慎，認真研究技術部門提出的指標要求，以及其他特殊要求，確定幾種目前主……
