α-蒎烯衍生物對山核桃干腐病菌作用機理1)

摘要為了探討α-蒎烯衍生物3-甲氧基-4-羥基苯基-α-蒎烯馬來酰亞胺基酰腙對病原菌的作用機理,采用平板擴散法研究了α-蒎烯衍生物對山核桃干腐病原菌(Botryosphaeria fusisporae)的抑制作用。結果表明:該衍生物可以抑制山核桃干腐病原菌生長,最大抑制率為63.37%,EC50為0.059 4 g·L-1,可導致山核桃干腐病菌菌絲體生長緩慢、質量減輕、菌液中pH值減小程度逐漸變大、電導率明顯升高、大分子物質的吸光值增大、可溶性蛋白增加、過氧化物酶(POD)和過氧化氫酶(CAT)活性降低。說明α-蒎烯衍生物主要改變病原菌細胞膜的通透性,具有開發利用的潛力。

To explore theα-pinene derivative of 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl-α-pinene maleimido acylhydrazone mechanism of pathogenic bacteria, we used the plate diffusion method to study theα-pinene derivative inhibition ofBotryosphaeriafusisporaepathogens. The derivative can inhibit the growth of B. fusisporae pathogens, the largest inhibition was 63.37%, EC50was 0.059 4 g/L, which led toB.fusisporaepathogens mycelial growth slow weight loss, pH value decrease degree of bacteria gradually increased, the electrical conductivity significantly increased, the absorbance macromolecules increases, the soluble protein increased, POD and CAT activity decreased. Theα-pinene derivative mainly changes the permeability of cell membrane pathogens with the potential development and utilization.

山核桃干腐病是山核桃生產中發現的1種新病害,是一類主要由山核桃干腐病菌(Botryosphaeriafusisporae)引起的病害,又稱潰瘍病[1]。在山核桃主栽培區普遍發生,個別地區受害嚴重,病株上少則幾個病斑,多則幾十個病斑,最嚴重的可達數百個病斑,發病率在30%以上,不但影響山核桃的生長和產量,而且嚴重時會導致樹木過早死亡,造成重大經濟損失[2]。目前,關于該病的防治方法研究報道較少,只見物理刮除病斑法[3]和化學農藥噴灑法[4]。直接刮除病斑會造成樹木產生新的傷口,易再度引發病菌侵入,且防治效果較短;……
