摘 要:闡述了水下臥式采油樹系統研制(1期)課題開展的背景和意義,介紹了保證該課題順利實施的前期研究基礎,對課題2013年度研究內容和目標完成情況進行量化總結,提出了課題研究過程中的研究思路和總體方案。以水下臥式采油樹系統研制(1期)課題中設置的各子課題為切入點,重點介紹了各子課題的研發內容、取得的關鍵技術和主要成果,包括:水下采油樹技術、市場調研:通過技術調研,熟悉了水下采油樹制造技術和試驗流程,收集了大量技術資料。通過市場調研,了解了水下采油樹系統的價格走勢和市場前景等。水下采油樹總體結構設計技術:水下采油樹總體結構采用框架式模塊化設計,共分為采油樹本體模塊、液壓連接器模塊、生產模塊、環空模塊、節流模塊、水下控制模塊、油管懸掛器系統等模塊,并進行集成設計。水下采油樹系統配套工具設計技術:通過分析研究現有水下臥式采油樹配套工具和安裝作業工藝要求,制定本課題水下采油樹下放安裝回收工藝,確定配套工具功能及種類。水下采油樹復合電液控制系統設計技術:開展了水下電子模塊、控制閥件組、管路系統、傳感器等的集成技術研究,所有液壓動力、信號均由SCM基座傳出,實現高度集成。水下采油樹分析計算技術:提出了多尺度共軛傳熱計算方法,實驗和數值模擬驗證了其正確性;有針對性的改進了水下結構物的溫降計算方法,提高了計算效率。水下采油樹生產制造技術:攻克了深孔精密加工,復雜、薄壁金屬密封加工,耐蝕材料加工等關鍵工藝,形成了水下采油樹生產制造技術,為采油樹樣機的制造奠定了基礎。水下采油樹下放安裝回收和試驗技術:由平臺面遠程操控自動安裝或回收,實現自動定位、鎖緊(或解鎖)和可靠密封等功能,制訂下放安裝回收操作規范,并研制配套工具。在結論與建議部分,著重介紹了通過課題開展所取得的主要技術創新點,以及存在的問題和建議。

Abstract:Expounds the background and significance of“Subsea Horizontal X-mas Tree System Development (phase 1),introduces the research basis that ensure the smooth implementation of the project,quantifies the 2013 year research contents and target completion,proposes the research tactics and overall scheme in the process of development.Focuses on the research contents,the key technology and main achievements of each subtopic, including:Subsea tree technology & market research:through technical research,familiar with the subsea tree manufacturing technology and test process,collected a lot of technical information.Through market research, understand the price trend and market prospect of tree system,etc.Overall structure design technology of subsea tree:using modular design method,the tree can be divided into spoolbody block,hydraulic connector,production valve block,annulus valve blocksubsea choke valve block,subsea control module,etc.Then conduct integrated design.Tools design technology of subsea tree system:through the analysis and study of existing subsea horizontal tree tools and installation process,make the installation & retrieval processes of this tree,determine the tools and their function.The electro-hydraulic control system design technology:carry out the integration research on the subsea electronic module,the control valve assembly,piping system,sensors,etc.All hydraulic power and signal are transferred to SCM from surface.Subsea tree analysis technology:proposed the multi-scale conjugate heat transfer calculation method, then verify it through experiment and numerical simulation;Improve the computational efficiency by modified the temperature calculation methods of underwater structures.Manufacturing technology of subsea tree:the key is to tackle deep hole precision machining,complex thin-walled metal seal machining,corrosion resistant material processing,which lays the foundation for manufacturing tree prototype.Subsea tree installation & retrieval and test technology:the remote control on platform makes the tree installed,tested or retrieved.In the end,highlighting the main technical innovations of the project,the existing problems and suggestions.
