Our spaces

A multi-functional Plenary， 52 meeting rooms and 30，000 square metres of pillar-less exhibition space are just the beginning at MCEC. With an amazing range of spaces， MCEC can accommodate any event. No matter the size or scale， our spaces and skilled employees have any event covered. MCEC is internally linked to the Hilton Melbourne South Wharf via a private walkway.

Our technology

We offer an expert approach to technology that creates memorable live experiences for your attendees， is simple to use and helps you connect with those who can’t be there. Our experienced team is on hand for support and can customise everything from lighting to screen directions and social media.

Our green approach

MCEC was the first centre in the world to be awarded a 6-Star Green Star environment rating by the Green Building Council of Australia for the Convention Centre’s innovative environmental design and operational features. We are also accredited silver by EarthCheck which benchmarks our sustainability initatives against other convention centres in Australia.

Some of MCEC’s sustainable design features include： maximum natural light with an 18-metre tall glass facade， energy efficient lighting， solar hot water， and so on.
