Xuan Limin， national first-level artist， learned painting since an early age under the influence of family artistic environment. Now she is a member of China Talent Research Society， member of Sino-ROK Cultural and Artistic Expert Committee of International Artist Association Center and member of Bird and Flower Painting Association of Henan province etc. Devoting herself to the research on bird and flower paintings for several decades， she created numerous excellent artworks recognized around the world. Besides， she has participated in various exhibitions at home and abroad， wining lots of prizes. Many of her artworks have been selected into famous painting collections.

畫家宣麗敏受祖輩繪畫藝術熏陶，自幼習書繪畫，曾得到老舍夫人、著名畫家胡絜青先生以及多位著名書畫大家指導，是具有深厚繪畫功底和發展潛力的女畫家。現為國家一級美術師、中國人才研究會藝術家學部委員、國際美術家聯合會中韓文化藝術專家委員會委員、中國美術家協會河南省分會會員、河南省花鳥畫研究會會員。

幾十年來，宣麗敏博采眾長，師古不泥，運用中國畫寫意技法，創作出大量中國夢幻畫風作品，書寫物之萬象，夢幻韻之大美。夢幻畫風作品以跨時空穿越的審美視覺，呈現出傳統與時尚、清晰與朦朧的夢幻之美，展現出物景破戒、境無疆界的藝術品質，逐步形成了獨特的斑斕幻化、中西繪畫元素多元組合的藝術風格，受到大眾乃至國際友人的喜愛和贊譽。

宣麗敏繪畫作品1997年獲得比利時布魯塞爾首屆世界書畫藝術作品展最高榮譽獎；1998年獲法國國際金塔書畫大展賽金獎；多次參加北京、上海等地全國書畫作品大展賽并獲獎數十項。2012年作品入選中央電視臺書畫頻道迎新春書畫作品展播。2013年作品印制成個性化郵票和電話充值卡，面向全國發行。2014年10月作品《神鳥春曉》獲全國首屆“草人杯”書畫作品展優秀獎；2014年11月作品《夢回大唐》入選第七屆全國當代著名花鳥畫家作品展，并被收錄《第七屆中國花鳥畫作品集》。
