Mei Chuan， with pen name Letian/ Fuxing， was born in Jiujiang City， Jiangxi Province in 1948. Now he is chairman of China Maoti Artists Association， president of China Contemporary Painters and Calligraphers Association， member both of China Arts and Crafts Association and China Folk Artists Association， and president of Jiujiang Painters and Calligraphers Association etc.

梅楚安，筆名樂天，又名福星，1948年生，江西九江人，祖籍湖北武漢。九江市潯陽區政協委員，一級書法家，中華國禮書畫藝術家。現任中國毛體書法藝術家協會主席，中國書畫家協會黨組書記兼執行主席，中國當代書畫名家協會執行主席，井岡山干部教育學院客座教授，中國工藝美術家協會理事，中國文聯民間文藝家協會會員，江西省民間文藝家協會常務理事，江西省書法家協會會員，九江市書畫家協會主席。
