——主旨大意題的解題技巧

主旨大意題主要測試考生對一篇文章或一段文字的深層理解程度，以及在速讀中準確把握文章主旨大意的能力。題型一般包括文章標題類、文章主旨類和段落主旨類。它要求考生在理解全文的基礎上能較好地運用概括、判斷、歸納、推理等邏輯思維方法，對文章進行高度概括或總結，屬于高層次題。

一、題型分類與命題方式

1.文章標題類常見的題干形式有:

1）The best title of/for this passage may/might/can be.

2）What is the best title for the passage/text？

3）Which of the following could be the best title for the passage？

4）Which would be the best title for the passage？

2.主旨大意類可以分為文章主旨和段落主旨兩種，常見的題干形式有:

1）W hat does the passage/text/Paragraph 4 mainly talk about？

2）What's the passage mainly about？

3）What's the main idea of the passage？

4）The passage is mainly about.

3.目的主旨大意類常見的題干形式有:

1）What is the purpose of the passage？

2）The purpose of the passage is mainly to.

3）This article seems to tell us that.

4）The purpose of writing th is article is to.

二、解題思路與應試技巧

因為英語思維以直線型為主，語言表達常開門見山，所以主題句通常在文首、文末或在首尾呼應中呈現，但有時文中也可能沒有完整的主題句，需要我們根據文章所述內容進行綜合歸納。各段的主題句也常在該段的首句或尾句。總體來說，議論文和說明文中一般有主題句，但記敘文的主題句通常需要歸納。那么，如何在文章中尋找主題句呢？

1.識別文體，確定主題

不同的文體有不同的寫作方法，如新聞報道常用導語提攜全文，所以導語常為新聞報道的主題句；議論文總、分、總的結構能讓我們在首段或末段很快找到主題句；調查報告常在首段交代全文主題，接下來再詳細敘述調查結果；說明文的主題句也常在首段，而記敘文需要把握其六要素，通過理解全文大意進行概括總結，記敘文的標題則常為主旨大意句或主題升華句的內容。

2.巧用技巧，識別主題句

1）首段出現疑問句時，對該問題的回答很可能就是文章的主旨。

【中考真題2】（2015年北京卷，保留原題號）（首段）Do you enjoy visiting a museum？Did you ever make a plan before a visit？Every museum must have something that attracts you.And the re are m any possible ways to enjoy yourself in a museum.

解析：文章以疑問句開頭，接下來回答there are many possible ways to enjoy yourself in a museum，緊接著在后面的自然段羅列了enjoy a museum的各種方法。所以此文的主題句為there are many possible ways to enjoy yourself in a museum，答案為D。

2）注意文章中的關鍵詞，如表示并列關系的and，another，one more等，表因果關系的so，because等，表轉折關系的how ever，but等。

5）記敘文的文尾常常是主旨大意升華的位置，也是主題句出現的地方。
