摘 要 以1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)分別與二乙醇胺、二甲胺及二乙胺經Michael加成合成了3種叔胺產物,并對合成的叔胺進行了1HNMR表征.將合成的叔胺分別與溴乙烷、芐氯及硫酸二甲酯反應制備出一系列可UV固化的季銨鹽.所得具有光固化活性的季銨鹽作為功能單體應用于UV涂料時,所得涂料具有光固化速度較快,固化膜具有優良抗靜電性和耐水洗性,且受濕度影響不大.成膜物的TG檢測表明,此抗靜電UV固化涂料具有較好的熱穩定性.

Research on Synthesis and Properties of the New Antistatic Coating

Abstract Three kinds of tertiary amine are obtained by the reaction of 1,6hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) respectively with diethanolamine,dimethylamine and diethylamine via Michael addition. The structures of the tertiary amine products were characterized by 1HNMR. A series of UV curable quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized from the reaction of tertiary amine with ethyl bromide, benzyl chloride or sulfuric acid dimethyl ester. These UV curable quaternary ammonium salts were used as the functional monomer in the UV cured coating, which could be cured quickly to give a film with excellent antistatic property, washability, and little influence by the humidity. The results of the TG test showed that the antistatic UV curing coating possesses remarkable thermal stability.

高分子材料是指以高分子化合物為基礎的材料,是新材料領域的重要組成部分,被廣泛應用于航空航天、建筑、能源以及信息產業等領域.由于高分子材料表面電阻率非常高,易產生靜電積累[1].靜電[2]的危害遍及石油、煤炭、化工、紡織、造紙、電子、交通運輸和建筑等工業領域[3],因此抗靜電材料的研究和發展一直受到人們關注[4] .抗靜電劑是一類能防止產生靜電荷,或能有效地消散靜電荷的化學添加劑,與導電劑[5]不同,它屬于表面活性劑范疇,通過離子化基團或極性基團的離子傳導或吸濕作用,構成泄漏電荷通道[6],達到抗靜電的目的(表面電阻在109 Ω以下).
