摘要：隨著我國高速鐵路的迅速發展，對沿線城市的經濟產生了巨大的推動作用，其中京廣高鐵和滬昆高鐵在湖南省內途徑多個城市，文章結合當地紅色旅游資源現狀，分析湖南省“環高鐵經濟圈”紅色旅游業發展所面臨的機遇，以及挑戰和困難，提出與之相適應的提質建議，以此促進沿線城市的紅色旅游資源和當地生態環境的協調互動，從而推進其經濟發展。

The Development Status and Upgrading of Red Tourism in the

Economic Zone alongside High-speed Railway in Hunan Province

Abstract：The rapid development of high-speed railway in China brings about a tremendous impetus for the economy of regions along the route. Jing-Guang and Hu-kun high-speed railways pass through several cities in Hunan province. Combining the current situation of red tourism resources encircling the high-speed railway in Hunan province, this paper aims at analyzing the opportunities and conditions as well as the challenges and difficulties red tourism industry confronted with, and provides feasible suggestions accordingly to accelerate the economic development and promote the interaction between red tourism resources and local ecological environment of cities alongside high-speed railway.

一、湖南省“環高鐵經濟圈”的內涵

根據我國《中長期鐵路網規劃(2008年調整)》，我國將規劃建設“四縱四橫”客運專線，隨著我國高鐵項目的開工建成，以及圍繞中心城市的城際快速鐵路網的輻射，一個覆蓋中東部的高速鐵路網逐漸呈現，推動了我國東、中部地區的城市經濟集群發展，涌現出環渤海、長江三角洲、珠江三角洲、長株潭城市群、武漢城市圈等一系列城市群。

“四縱四橫”客運專線包括：四縱為京滬客運專線(京滬高鐵)、京港客運專線(京深高鐵)、京哈客運專線(京哈高鐵)、杭福深客運專線(東南沿海客運專線)；四橫為徐蘭客運專線、滬昆客運專線(滬昆高鐵)、青太客運專線、滬漢蓉客運專線。具體請見圖1，隨著我國高鐵的迅速發展，將對沿線城市的經濟產生巨大的推動作用。

京廣高鐵是中國運營中的高速鐵路，也是中國第二條高速鐵路，于2012年12月26日全線開通運營，是國家《中長期鐵路網規劃》中“四縱四橫”的快速客運通道之一，以客運為主，是一條北起北京，南至廣州的南北向鐵路干線。……
