The Database Establishment And Application Of Home Textiles Network Customization

【Abstract】：With the increasing competition in the market， prices of home textile have dropped to unbearable state for enterprises. Interactive design of textile products still can’t achieve rapid response and unable to meet the customization requirement. In response to this issue， you can build a custom system to collate and analyze characteristics of textile products in order to achieve interactive pattern design rapidly， then it solve the basic problem of home textiles customization services. Through the network， make the textile product customization as a common commercial species and study the commercial and social value.

1、The meaning and forms of interactive design

1.1 Meaning of interactive design

Interactive design is a technology in terms of how to make a product easy to use. Be different from the traditional way， interactive design focus on the process of interaction between the product and its users. Adhering to user-centered interactive design concept and taking user experience for principle， interactive design is also a form of interactive process research. In brief， the interactive design is to artificially create artificial products， manufactured products of the environment and the behavior of the whole chain， as well as the expression of the interactive display surface elements in the design and definition of these behaviors [1]. The main concern of interactive design is the way to plan， program and express things.

Interactive design is refer to the traditional types of design， utilizability and engineering theory and technology. It is a general terms （complex） of many different types of design and practice effect. It is not just a simple overlapped portion of interactive design parts， because there is a certain kind of scientific logic inside[2].

1.2 Forms of patterns interactive design

The beauty of interactive design patterns is from nature. Human is the only animal with clear consciousness of aesthetic. Through the understanding of interactive design patterns， people can deeply understanding the interactive design. The form of interactive design patter is multitudinous， such as： contrast unified， symmetrical balance， rhythm， proportion of trade-offs. Formal beauty of pattern exhibit on the surface， we need to pay enough attention on this.

2、Textiles database establishment based on interactive design patterns

2.1 Classification of pattern database to facilitate the manufacture.

As there are many different historical traditions， religions and different cultural environment， patents is variety of styles of design. Collection of patterns from different regions of our country， focusing on traditional patterns and some homemade innovation pattern， then we can establish a pattern database. In order to establish a database simply and easy to understand， classify pattern：

Dermatoglyphic pattern： such as separate dermatoglyphic， suitable dermatoglyphic， corner dermatoglyphic， two-dimension series， four-dimension series and so on. Depending on the theme， it is divided into figures， animals， plants， geometric， text， abstract symbols. From science and engineering perspective， it is divided into organic weaving， knitting， nonwoven and so on. According to time， it can be divided for example the 20th century， 18th century， the earlier and the like.

2.2Textile pattern database to store

Database system is an important component of computer system. By the help of computer software and hardware cooperation， it can save and manage large amounts of complex data and information. Microsoft Access is one of the most understood and popular relational database management software. It provides user with a good interface. Access database is relatively simple but complete functions. Therefore， combining the characteristics of above textile article database developed in this article， we can choose the Access as a terminal database.

3， Application of textile pattern database

System design of the database should be oriented by industry， driven by application and the ultimate goal is to trigger the inspiration of interactive designer. So that interactive design can be expanded. Comparing pattern database with other database， it can be stored more efficiently， and be direct the characteristics of CAD.

3.1 In favor of consumers operating custom-built principle

It is important to set a rapid proofing mode and networking virtual systems， because it can enable better communication between designers and users. You can also set up virtual systems， including network link systems， interactive interface， network design and other interactive conversation window， designers and customers to facilitate better communication and exchange， such as：

First， by using internet voice communication， we can communicate with consumers more convenient， while the cost is lower.

Second， by using Alitalk to communicate， we can not only achieve lower cost but also to facilitate communication with huge customer group.

Third， if consumers do not want to use above two ways to do communication， telephone communication can be also a good choice.

Pattern database can edit all interactive designed patterns then save them into the database through software， so consumer can easily choose customized patterns to their favorite designs. We can use the flat software to do drawings first， then stored it into computer system. After select and confirmation by client， we can go ahead to do final production cut.

We can also use a variety of techniques， such as adding dyeing process， screen printing process on the textile products to make it become more personalized.

3.2 Application of pattern database in textile products interactive design

The pattern is one of the main elements of the textile interactive design， so it plays important role in textile products interactive design. Chinese traditional interactive design has gained wide reputation in the pillow design， such as flowers， paper cutting， paintings， Peking Opera in pillow interactive design and they are continuously renovated as time goes on.

As a visual culture， textile product has not only created opportunities for development of national culture， but also provides a new carrier for national culture. In the textile design， the interactive application is not just limited to figurative applications but also the use of imagery. Choosing the proper elements combining with own interactive design concept， we can refine interactive design elements and home textiles with a higher level.

4. Conclusion

The use of the database make textile products interactive design with new forms， so that it can design a creative textile products that can be customized to meet market demands. Through textile customization， products can accumulate interactive design language that can reduce time and costs in the process of textile interactive design， shorten the lead time and enhance product value. Most important， it provides long-term and stable development for textile enterprises.
