The History of Plane

Many people like to travel by plane.But not many people know the history of planes well.

The first plane flew for the first time in 1903.The flight lasted for a very short time.In the 1910s，people used many planes in wars.Some planes could fly as high as 7，000 meters then. And people never stopped making better planes.In the 1980s，some planes could fly three times faster than sound.

Now，we have very large and safe planes.The largest plane can carry more than 800 people. And every day 5 million people travel by plane.

Hello，everyone！My name is Jing Zitian.I think I can be a sport star.

I like sports.And football is my favorite.I am in the school football team.Every day，I play football after school.I play football very well.I often teach my classmates to play football in P.E. class.They all like me.

Getting on Well with Other People

How do you get on well with other people？It seems an easy question，but it’s hard to answer.

It’s very important for us to get on well with other people.Nobody can live alone.So from now on，we should help others when they are in trouble.When we meet someone we know，we should say hello to him.We shouldn’t quarrel with others.Talking with others politely is also needed.We should always be friendly to others.We shouldn’t look down upon the poor or the old.If we want to get some help，we should say“Excuse me.Can you help me？”with a smile. When someone is in trouble，we should try our best to give him or her a hand.

If we do like that，we’ll get on well with other people.Do you agree with me？

My Favorite Country

My favourite country is France.I hope I could visit it some day.

France is in western Europe.It is an old country with a history of many centuries.Its capital city is Paris.Paris is also the cultural centre of France and even Europe.

France attracts 83 million foreigners every year.There are many places of interest in the country.It is famous for its gardens and beaches.And every day，thousands of people visit the Eiffel Tower and Disneyland in Paris.

People in France don’t use dollars.They use euro like people in other European countries.

How to Improve Our Memory?

Memory is very important in our daily life and study.Do you know how to improve memory quickly？Here are some good ways for you.

Firstly，when you study，you should focus your attention and don’t think about other things.Secondly，you should understand what you are learning.If you do so，you can remember things for a long time.Thirdly，if you review1what you have learned in time，you will not forget the things easily.Fourthly，eatmorevegetablesandfruit，suchas tomatoes，potatoes，apples，eggs，milk，fish and so on.They can improve your memory. Mostimportantly，youshouldtakemore exercise，get enough sleep and rest.I think it’s also the key to improve your memory.

If you can do so，you will have a good memory.

如何提高我們的記憶力？

記憶在我們的日常生活和學習中是非常重要的。你知道怎樣快速提高記憶力嗎？下面給你提供一些好方法。

首先，當你學習時，你應該集中注意力，不要想其他的事情。其次，你應該明白你正在學習的內容。如果你這樣做，那你記住事物的時間會長些。第三，如果你及時復習你所學過的知識，那你就不會輕易忘記它們。第四，多吃蔬菜和水果，如西紅柿、土豆、蘋果、雞蛋、牛奶、魚等等。它們可以提高你的記憶力。最重要的是你應該多鍛煉，保證充足的睡眠和休息。我認為這也是提高你的記憶力的關鍵。
