These BeautifulBirds Love China Only

Our country is one of richest countries embracing the bird diversity in the world. Chinas total number of species accounts for 1/8 of the world， meanwhile we are rich in endemic species of birds.

Since most of the birds are good at flying， there are plenty of habitats they can choose， and they are not vulnerable to human influence and interference， endemic bird species are less compared to other categories which cannot migrate.

However， not all the birds like to fly， some are special among them. Although they all have wings， some birds like long-distance migration with the change of seasons， and some like to stay in the same place. Mountains and the Sea cannot stop the former， but will obstacle for the latter to move. Therefore， most of the endemic species of birds are those land birds or resident birds poor at flying. So how many endemic species of birds do we have in China？ Scientists tell us that， considering species diversity protection and the division of species， currently China possesses a total of 105 known species of endemic birds.
