川西獐牙菜活性成分對NO—2的清除作用研究

【摘要】 目的：分析川西獐牙菜（Swertia mussotii Franch）的活性化學成分對亞硝基（NO2-）的清除作用，為尋找川西獐牙菜的防癌活性成分提供科學依據。方法：使用紫外分光光度法測定亞硝基的含量，根據活性追蹤的結果篩選出對NO2-有較好的清除作用的口山酮類化合物。結果：川西獐牙菜乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位對NO2-的清除率最高，并篩分出清除能力最好的化合物是7-羥基-3，4，8-三甲氧基-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-口山酮苷。結論：川西獐牙菜清除NO2-的活性物質是一些極性較大的化合物，為進一步研究川西獐牙菜的防癌作用及相關產品的開發奠定了實驗基礎。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the scavenging effect of active chemica constituents from Swertia mussotii on NO2-， To provide a scientific basis for searching the anti-cancer active components from Swertia mussotii. [WTHZ]Method [WTBZ]the UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the NO2- content， screening out xanthone compounds with the effect to scavenge NO2- according to the active tracking results. [WTHZ]Results [WTBZ] The n-butanol fraction of the ethanol extracted of Swertia mussotii showed a highestscavenging rate，and 7-hydroxy-3，4，8-trimethoxy-1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-xanthone is the best compounds from the Screening experiment.[WTHZ] Conclusion [WTBZ]The active substances with the effect to scavenge NO2- is high polar compounds in Swertia mussotii.This result should lay a theoretical foundation for the further research on the cancer prevention of Swertia mussotii and development of the relevant products.

隨著工業化進程的不斷加快，環境惡化日益嚴重，使人們的生活壓力不斷增加，癌癥患者的數量也迅速攀升。雖然癌癥的發病原因是多方面的，但環境污染產生的化學致癌物質是導致癌癥頻發的重要原因之一。N-亞硝基化合物是目前所知的最強的化學致癌物質之一，例如N-亞硝胺（nitrosodimethylamin，簡稱NDMA）能致人和動物多種器官發生癌變[1] 。正常情況下，人們從食物中直接攝入的亞硝胺的量是非常微量的，但NO2-在體內與胺類或酰胺類化合物相遇后可直接進行亞硝化反應，生成的亞硝胺具有強致癌性，且亞硝胺生成速度與NO2-濃度的平方成正比，嚴重危害人體健康。因此，阻斷NDMA合成或清除亞硝胺的前體——亞硝酸根是預防癌癥的有效途徑[2] 。

川西獐牙菜（Swertia mussotii Franch）為龍膽科（Geniianaceac）獐牙菜屬（Swertia）植物[3-4] ，是我國青藏高原特有植物，俗稱“藏茵陳”。……
