Now he is a senior arts and crafts master in Jiangxi Province， member both of China Arts and Crafts Association and Jiangxi Artists Association， Vice Chairman of Ceramic Education Committee of Jiangxi Education Society， Director and Deputy Secretary of Jingdezhen Artists Association， Executive President of Changnan Ceramic Culture and Creation Research Institute， Visiting Professor of Jingdezhen Academy， etc.
