安全道路條件計(jì)算研究綜述與展望*

摘要為了促進(jìn)中國道路安全工程的發(fā)展,系統(tǒng)梳理了國內(nèi)外安全道路條件計(jì)算領(lǐng)域的學(xué)術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀、熱點(diǎn)前沿、存在問題、具體對策及發(fā)展前景。總結(jié)了安全道路條件計(jì)算發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀并對其未來發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了展望,分別對道路線形、路面條件和駕駛?cè)斯ぷ髂芰Ψ矫娴难芯績?nèi)容進(jìn)行了細(xì)化和梳理。為改善道路交通安全的嚴(yán)峻形勢、完善道路交通安全評價(jià)理論與方法,采用駕駛工作負(fù)荷理論及表達(dá)方法的研究成果,研究駕駛期望行為(運(yùn)行速度)、駕駛?cè)俗陨砟芰﹂撓?生心理安全舒適感)、道路條件(包括路線平面、縱斷面、橫斷面)、路面平整度等互動關(guān)系。研究駕駛?cè)税踩孢m性道路條件計(jì)算的多因素表達(dá),為安全的道路條件設(shè)計(jì)與運(yùn)行管理提供理論與方法支撐。

Review and Prospect of Road Safety Audit in China

Abstract:In order to promote the development of road safety Audit, This paper reviewed and summarized the acdamic situation, hot issues, existing problems, corresponding measures and development prospects of Road Safety Audit in China and abroad. All aspects of the safety audit related to road alignment and pavement condition, driving skills are analyzed in detail. Based on the theory and method of driving workload research, the interaction between expected driving behavior (e.g., operating speed), driver′s physiological and psychological threshold (security and comfort), road (including horizontal alignment, vertical alignment and cross-section) and pavement conditions (rutting and potholes). The multivariate analysis of road safety based on road conditions offering safe and comfort driving experiences is carried out. Study results should provide theoretical support for the design and operation management of "safe road".
