列夫·托爾斯泰曾經說過，幸福的人都是相似的，不幸的人各有各的不幸。但對于這些新娘落跑的悲劇而言，過程雖然千奇百怪，但結局總是一樣——人財兩空，徒留新郎空悲切。

It was reported that， in October， 2012， 55-year-old Lao Zhang spent 60，000 Yuan on a 24-year-old beautiful “wife” called A Xian from Vietnam through an online intermediary agent. They lived well with each other after marriage and A Xian washed clothes and cooked by herself. But just after a week when came back to China， A Xian ran away.

In April， 2014， Wu Wei （assumed name） from Liancheng County， Longyan， Fujian， spent 69，000 Yuan marrying a Vietnam girl. But 3 months later， this Vietnam bride took other 9 girls from Vietnam in the village “running away”.

In November， 2014， Lu Dafu， who is above the average age for marriage and worked in Shenzhen for many years， with the help of an intermediary in the city， spent 70，000 Yuan marrying a beautiful Vietnam girl of the post-90s generation. It never occurred to him that， just after 3 months， the girl was quarrelling to go back to Vietnam and he may face the awkward situation of losing the person and money.

據媒體報道，2012年10月，55歲的老張通過網上聯系的中介，花了6萬多塊錢從越南“娶”回來一個24歲的美嬌娘阿賢，婚后老張對阿賢很好，自己洗衣服、做飯，但僅僅在來到中國的一個星期之后，阿賢就跑了;

2014年4月，中國福建龍巖連城縣小伙吳偉（化名）花了6.9萬元娶回一名越南新娘。可三個月后，這名越南新娘帶著鄉(xiāng)里的其他9名越南女集體“逃跑”;

2014年11月，來中國深圳打工多年的大齡剩男盧大富，在深圳一中介的幫助下，花了七萬元滿心歡喜地“娶”回90后越南美嬌娘，沒想到才過了三個月，女方便吵著要回越南，盧大富或面臨著即將人財兩失的尷尬局面;

Bride’s runaway not only makes bridegroom lose wife and money， but also let them hard to divorce， which is also a headache problem. It seems that it is difficult to get married but more difficult to get divorced.

The reporter found that， there is a huge legal loophole in China-Vietnam marriage.Vietnam brides always registered when came back to China with their husbands. So in Vietnam， they are still “unmarried”. Under this circumstance， they can still marry other people when go back to Vietnam and their married facts will not be exploded. Or some brides have already married， but by the encouragement and persistence of some bad intermediaries， they still registered as “unmarried” when leaving the country.

These Vietnam brides and Chinese bridegrooms know each other in a short time and get married in 1 to 3 months. They lack of basic understanding of each other before marriage and the emotional foundation is weak; some brides cannot adapt to the life in a foreign country due to the difference in language， environment and customs and go back to Vietnam in the name of home visit and never return.

新娘跑了，人財兩空不說，沒有辦法辦理離婚手續(xù)，也是一個令新郎悲切和頭疼的問題。看來，結婚難，離婚更難！

據記者了解，中越婚姻存在著一個巨大的法律漏洞。越南新娘往往和中國丈夫一起回到中國才登記結婚，在越南國內，她們的婚姻狀況仍是“未婚”。在這樣的情況下，越南新娘跑回越南仍然可以再嫁，其已婚事實不會暴露。或者，新娘在越南是已經結過婚，但是在某些黑中介的慫恿和堅持下，離境時依然登記的是“未婚”。

這些越南新娘和中國新郎認識的時間往往較短，一般在1至3個月左右就結婚了。婚前缺乏基本的了解，感情基礎薄弱;婚后一些新娘因語言、環(huán)境、習俗等差異無法適應異國他鄉(xiāng)的生活，以回娘家探親為由一去不回，甚至不告而別跑回越南。

In China， it is quiet complicated for the divorce concerning foreign affairs. When the husband applies to the court of China unilaterally， it needs complicated procedures like diplomatic ones. These divorce cases that the married males have to apply will face long-term proceedings and they can finally get divorced in 1 to 2 years.

In July， 2014， Lu Dafu， who is above the average age for marriage and worked in Shenzhen for many years， took his just divorced “brides” back to China. When handling procedures for going back to China in Vietnam， the woman refused to take out the divorce certificates and due to the limited time， the final certificate was written as “unmarried”. At that time， the intermediary person kept suggesting them to confirm as “unmarried” when handling the marriage certificate in China. But when they came to the Civil Affairs Department in his hometown， the woman suddenly said that she is married and has a daughter. It is because the oral content doesn’t tally with the materials， the mixed marriage hasn’t been recognized at first time.

In January， 2013， 55-year-old Lao Zhang went to Vietnam to find A Xian. In her hometown， he found that she has married and have a son. Lao Zhang went to the intermediary and asked them to return the money. But the intermediary asked him to find A Xian first. In May the same year， he went to Vietnam again and cost him a lot， but still didn’t find the woman. He said， “as long as she can go back to China with me to get divorced”， for the money that have spent， he will not ask his “wife” to pay back.

而在中國，涉外離婚過程異常復雜，丈夫單方面向中國法院提出申請后，需要經過外交等復雜程序，這些已婚男性迫不得已提起的涉外離婚案件，將面臨漫長的訴訟過程，一兩年才能離成婚。

2014年7月份，在深圳打工多年的大齡剩男盧大富帶著剛剛離過婚的“新媳婦”回國。然而回國前在越南辦理手續(xù)時，女方并不愿意拿出離婚證，結果因為時間緊迫，最后辦的證件上是“未婚”。當時，越南那邊的中介人員一直交代他們，回到中國辦結婚證時一定要咬定是“未婚”，結果在盧大富老家的民政部門辦理時，女方卻突然改口稱自己已婚，并有女兒。由于其口述的內容與材料不符，這對跨國婚姻并未第一時間被確認。

2013年1月，55歲的老張去越南尋找跑回去的阿賢。在阿賢老家，老張憤怒地得知她居然已婚有子。老張找到中介，要求退費。但后者表示，要先找到人再說。同年5月，老張又去了一次越南，花費不菲，可仍然沒有找到人。老張說，“只要她肯回國跟我辦完離婚手續(xù)就行”，至于以前付出的金錢，他也不打算向“妻子”討要了。
