摘要：文章通過發達國家與我國在農產品流通現代化、物流組織與經營方式、物流設施與技術水平以及物流體制等農產品物流管理效率方面的比較研究，找出我國與發達國家在農產品物流管理上的差距，其目的在于總結發達國家先進經驗，為我國農產品物流的高效運營提供借鑒作用，具體表現在物流設施布局、物流信息化、組織化、專業化、規模化、標準化建設和物流法規建設等方面。

A Comparative Study on the Management Efficiency of Agricultural

Products Logistics System between China and the Developed Countries

Abstract：Through the comparison between the developed countries and China in the modernization of agricultural products circulation, logistics organization and management mode, logistics facilities and technology level, and the management efficiency of logistics system of agricultural products, this paper finds out the gap of agricultural product logistics management between our country and the developed countries, with the purpose of providing some suggestions for the efficient operation of agricultural product logistics in China by summarizing the advanced experience of developed countries, which lies in the logistics facility arrangement, logistics information, organization, specialization, scale, standardization and the construction of logistics laws and regulations etc.

一、引言

農產品物流業連接農業生產和消費，其出現適應了社會化大生產快速發展和社會分工不斷細化的客觀需要，在加快產業結構調整、推動產業升級、促進第三產業增長等方面發揮了關鍵功能。現代農產品物流業在全球范圍內的迅速發展，已成為極具發展潛力的新興產業，是促進國民經濟與社會發展，特別是推動第三產業快速增長的主要推動力，在衡量一個國家和地區綜合競爭力時，其發展水平已成為重要標志，發展現代農產品物流業對于加快推動整個國民經濟的發展具有重大戰略意義。

我國已超越日本成為世界第二大經濟體，是一個工業大國，也是一個農業大國，工業品物流與農產品物流應處于并重地位，農產品物流的現代化目標沒有實現，物流業的現代化就無從談起。……
