摘要：道德管理是現(xiàn)代管理倫理學(xué)的核心命題，其內(nèi)涵就是管理活動中的各種道德因素。魏源的經(jīng)世致用思想體系中蘊含豐富的組織管理倫理思想。魏源管理倫理思想的核心就是以人為本，它以自然人性作為管理的人性假設(shè)，以自然幸福作為管理的目標(biāo)，把道德修養(yǎng)貫穿管理活動的全過程。它強調(diào)修身、齊家、治國、平天下的內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一，對現(xiàn)代道德管理富有啟示意義。

Analysis of Wei Yuan’s Management Ethics and

its Inspiration for Modern Moral Management

Abstract：Moral management is the essential issue of modern management ethics and its connotations refer to various moral factors in management activities. Wei Yuan’s Thought on Administration and Pragmatism implies rich ideas of organizational management ethics. The core of his ideas of management ethics is “people foremost”. Based on the hypothesis of management of the nature of humans, Wei Yuan regards the natural happiness as the purpose of management, and makes the moral cultivation run through the whole process of management activities. Wei Yuan’s management ethics emphasizes the inherent unity of self cultivation, family harmony, country management and world peace, which gives rich inspiration for modern moral management.

魏源(1794—1857)，字默深，湖南邵陽市隆回縣人，是晚清著名的思想家、史學(xué)家和文學(xué)家，也是近代地主階級改革家。目前，學(xué)術(shù)界對魏源的研究多集中于其經(jīng)濟、軍事、哲學(xué)、教育、人才等方面的思想主張，關(guān)于魏源的管理倫理思想則研究甚少。經(jīng)世致用、救國救民是魏源博大精深思想的一條主線，在近代中西方文明交流與碰撞的時代背景下，魏源融匯中西方知識觀念，對經(jīng)世致用作了新的闡釋，其中包涵豐富的道德管理思想。這些思想對現(xiàn)今的組織管理實踐和理論發(fā)展很有啟迪。

一、道德管理的經(jīng)世致用性

道德管理就是管理活動中的各種道德因素。這些因素由經(jīng)濟關(guān)系所決定，用善惡標(biāo)準(zhǔn)去評價，并依靠社會輿論、內(nèi)心信念、傳統(tǒng)習(xí)俗來維系，它以豐富多彩的表象存在于管理活動之中。道德管理既是一種管理理念，也是具體的制度與實踐。……
