工業增幅全國第二 實現利潤增長高于全國24.1%

上半年，全市規模工業增加值增長11.1%，較一季度加快0.3個百分點，保持2014年以來增幅持續高于全國4個百分點以上的良好勢頭，增幅排位居全國第2位。今年1-5月，全市規模工業企業實現利潤總額393.8億元，增長23.3%，高于全國24.1個百分點（全國為下降0.8%）。前5月總資產貢獻率12.1%，提高0.6個百分點。

作為老工業基地，重慶汽摩產業多年“一枝獨大”。適應對內對外開放，重慶積極推動轉型升級，產業結構從單一變多元，形成了電子、汽車雙輪驅動、其他產業多點支撐的格局。今年7月，力帆俄羅斯汽車CKD（零部件組裝）工廠項目在利佩茨克州利佩茨克聯邦經濟特區奠基，每年可生產6萬臺汽車。6月23日，北京現代汽車內陸最大旗艦工廠落戶重慶兩江新區。不只是北汽，37家汽車生產企業已落戶重慶，年綜合生產能力超過400萬輛，規模以上汽車零部件企業近千家。重慶已成為全國最大汽車制造基地。上半年，我市生產汽車155.5萬輛，增長21.9%，其中SUV49.2萬輛，增長約1.5倍；全市汽車產量增幅高于全國19.3個百分點，全國銷量前10名的轎車和SUV，重慶造占據5席。汽車產業對全市工業增長的貢獻率達29.7%。電子產品出貨穩定，拉動顯著。上半年全市生產筆記本電腦2588.4萬臺，手機、顯示器等產品訂單持續增加，產量分別增長64.3%、49.9%；液晶顯示屏、集成電路、印制電路板受新投產企業帶動，增長迅猛，增幅分別達22倍、56.5%、33.8%。電子制造業對全市工業增長的貢獻率為18.4%。

在傳統產業的提檔升級、科技創新驅動產業增長方面，重慶今年上半年高技術產業實現產值2590億元，占全市工業的26.5%，增長16.9%，增速高于全市工業平均水平3.8個百分點，對全市工業增長的貢獻率為29%。萊美藥業、希爾安藥業、通用工業等6家企業申報國家級技術創新示范企業，五洲龍新能源汽車、西南藥業、華峰化工等29家企業被認定為市級技術創新示范企業。

In the first half of the year,the industrial added value growth in city scale has increased by 11.1%,0.3% more rapid than the first quarter,sustaining a good momentum of more than 4% constantly above the national level of growth since 2014 and ranking the second in the nationwide growth list.In the first five months of this year,scale industrial enterprises have realized total profit of 39.38 billion yuan,an increase of 23.3%,higher than 24.1% (0.8% decline all over the country) in the whole country.The total assets in the earlier five months accounted for 12.1%,increased by 0.6%.

As an old industrial base,Chongqing has witnessed the dominant role of automobile and motorcycle industry for many years.To adapt to the mutual opening up internally and externally,Chongqing actively promotes its transformation and upgrading through turning single industrial structure into multivariate,thus forming a pattern of various support by the two-wheel driven electronic and automobile as well as other industries.In July of this year,the plant project of Lifan Russian Automobiles CKD (parts assembling) settled in Federal Special Economic Zone in Lipetsk of Lipetsk Oblast,with production capability of 60000 vehicles annually.On June 23,the biggest inland flagship plant,Beijing Hyundai Motor entered in Liangjiang New District of Chongqing.Including BAW Group,and other 37 automobile manufacturing enterprises have settled in Chongqing,with the annually comprehensive production totaling more than 4 million vehicles,large-scale auto parts enterprises up to nearly one thousand,all of which enable Chongqing the largest automobile manufacturing base.In the first half year,the production cars is 1.555 million,an increase of 21.9%,of which the SUV amounts to 492000,the growth of about 1.5 times;the growth of auto production in the whole the city is 19.3% above the national level;among the top 10 cars and SUVs in sales,five are from Chongqing;the contribution rate of auto industry to the whole industrial growth is up to 29.7%.Electronic products are in stable shipment and have significant promotion.The first half of the year saw 25.884 million sets of notebook computers produced in Chongqing and constant increase of products orders of mobile phones and monitors,with output growing by 64.3%,64.3% respectively;driven by new production enterprises,liquid crystal displays,integrated circuits and printed circuit board are growing rapidly in production,with the growth up to 22 times,56.5% and 56.5% respectively.Electronic manufacturing industry has contributed 18.4% of the city's industrial growth.

Regarding to the upgrade of traditional industries and the growth of scientific and technological innovation-driven industries,the output value of high technology industries in the first half of this year has realized 259 billion yuan,accounting for 26.5% of the whole industry in Chongqing,with an increase of 16.9% which leads to 3.8% higher than the average industries in the city,at the contribution rate of 29% to the city's industrial growth.Six enterprises like Lumi pharmaceutical,Hilan pharmaceutical (Group) Co.,Ltd.and GM etc.have applied state-level demonstration enterprises in technology and innovation;29 enterprises such as Wuzhoulong Motors,Southwest pharmacy and Huafeng chemicals are certified as municipal demonstration enterprises in technology innovation..
