重慶高新區：打造石墨烯全產業鏈

重慶墨希科技公司年內將實現石墨烯薄膜產量30萬片，項目完全達產后預計產值超10億元；重慶市川馬電子有限公司項目進展順利，有望年底投產……7月3日，記者從高新區管委會了解到，通過發揮大項目招商集聚效應，高新區成功吸引下游企業參與石墨烯產業化技術攻關及建設，打造全產業鏈。

石墨烯能做什么？石墨烯技術能使手機薄如紙張，并能折疊裝入口袋。去年1月，中科院重慶研究院宣布成功制造出尺寸達國際最高水平的單層石墨烯。隨后，重慶墨?？萍加邢薰韭鋺舾咝聟^，邁出了石墨烯產業化的第一步。

“目前國內和國外的石墨烯技術發展水平同步，全球最頂級的實驗室如IBM也正在攻關。我們公司無論是產能、工藝指標，還是成本，在全國都處于領先地位?！敝貞c墨希科技有限公司總經理崔華亭說。

在重慶墨?？萍加邢薰具@個大項目的集聚效應下，中下游企業紛紛到高新區筑巢。去年年底，規劃占地面積1000畝的重慶石墨烯產業園正式開園；今年2月，由深圳市川馬電子有限公司投資成立的終端產品項目順利落戶，廣東正揚科技、長春藤控股等石墨烯下游產業鏈項目也已簽訂合作協議。預計4大項目完全達產后年產值近百億。

在打造上下游產業鏈條方面，高新區對石墨烯產業的支持力度也是全方位的，高新區從土地供應、廠房租金、人才吸引到對上下游供應鏈的扶持，都給予了財政和政策支持。據了解，目前高新區正會同相關部門，抓緊編制石墨烯產業的發展規劃，把更多的終端企業吸引到重慶，共同進行產業化研發，構建完整的石墨烯產業集群。

Chongqing MoxITechnology Co., Ltd. will realize the production volume of300,000 graphene films within this year with a total value of RMB1 billion; the project of Chongqing Chuanma Electronics Co., Ltd. is going on smoothly and is expected to go into operation at the end of the year. On July3, the reporter learned from the High-tech Zone Administrative Committee that by giving play to the investment attraction and clustering effect of big projects, the Hightech Zone has successfully attracted the downstream enterprises to join technological breakthroughs and construction of grapheme industrialization so as to create a full industrial chain.

What can graphene do? Graphene can enable paper-thin and foldable mobile phones. In January last year, Chinese Academy of Sciences Chongqing Institute announced that it succeeded in making single-layer grapheme of the highest international level. Later, Chongqing MoxITechnology Co., Ltd. entered High-tech Zone, marking the first step for industrialization of graphene.

“Now the graphene technology development in China is synchronous to that of other counties, and world top laboratories like IBM are also working toward breakthroughs. Our company is leading all over China in terms of capacity, process indicator and cost.” Said Cui Huating, General Manager of Chongqing MoxITechnology Co., Ltd.

Under the agglomeration effect of the project by Chongqing MoxITechnology Co., Ltd., midstream and downstream enterprises swarm into High-tech Zone. At the end of last year, Chongqing Graphene Industry Park with a planned area of1000 mu was put into use; in February this year, the terminal product project invested by Shenzhen Chuanma Electronics Co., Ltd made a debut, and cooperation agreements were also signed for downstream graphene projects including Guangdong Zhengyang Technology and Ivy Holdings. It is anticipated that the annual output will approximate RMB10 billion when the four major projects are put into full operation.

In terms of creating upstream and downstream industrial chains, the High-tech Zone has rendered all-around fi nancial and policy support ranging from land supply, workshop rent, talent attraction and upstream and downstream supply chain to the graphene industry. It is learnt that the zone is working together with relevant departments to draft the development plan of the graphene industry in order to attract more terminal enterprises into Chongqing for joint industrialization R&D and consist a complete industrial cluster of grapheme.
