摘要:為研究中國規(guī)范《冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范》(GB 50018—2002)計(jì)算壁厚2 mm以下鋼板自攻螺釘連接抗剪承載力的適用性和鋼板非鋼板單顆自攻螺釘連接抗剪承載力設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)鋼板鋼板、鋼板石膏板以及鋼板定向刨花板(OSB板)連接件共計(jì)34個(gè)試件進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,分析了板材類型、螺釘端距等因素對(duì)連接件抗剪承載力的影響,并將中國規(guī)范、英國規(guī)范和北美AISI S10012規(guī)范計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,最后提出鋼板非鋼板單顆自攻螺釘連接抗剪承載力設(shè)計(jì)方法。研究結(jié)果表明:鋼板OSB板、鋼板石膏板連接件破壞模式為OSB板與石膏板發(fā)生承壓破壞,且具有明顯的方向性;隨螺釘端距的增大,試件抗剪承載力有所提高;中國規(guī)范GB 50018—2002適用于壁厚2 mm以下冷彎薄壁型鋼板自攻螺釘連接抗剪承載力的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,且偏于安全。

Research on Shear Behavior of Single Tapping Screw Connection in Coldformed Thinwall Steel Structures

Abstract:In order to investigate the applicability of calculating the shear capacity of single tapping screw connection with sheet steel under 2 mm according to Chinese code Technical Code of Coldformed Thinwall Steel Structure (GB 50018—2002) and the design method of single tapping screw connection between steel plate and nonsteel plate,a total of 34 specimens were tested in three series, which were distinguished by the connection forms, such as steel platesteel plate connection,steel plategypsum wallboard connection and steel plateoriented strand board (OSB) connection. Authors analyzed the influence of sheet material and the screw end distance, etc. for the shear capacity of single tapping screw connection and compared the calculation results with the test results according to Chinese code,British code and North American AISI S10012 standard. Finally,the design method of shear capacity of single tapping screw connection between steel plate and nonsteel plate was proposed. The research results show that the failure modes of steel plateOSB connection and steel plategypsum wallboard connection are bearing damage in plategypsum wallboard and OSB which are both anisotropic.With the screw end distance increasing,the shear capacity of specimens is improved.Chinese code GB 50018—2002 is suited to calculate the shear capacity of single tapping screw connection in coldformed thinwall steel with sheet steel under 2 mm and the results are safe.

0 引 言
自攻螺釘連接以其施工方便、承載力高、連接剛度好等特點(diǎn)在冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用[13]。自攻螺釘連接件按連接板件材料的不同分為鋼板鋼板自攻螺釘連接件和鋼板非鋼板自攻螺釘連接件2種類型。近些年,各國對(duì)鋼板鋼板單顆自攻螺釘連接的抗剪性能進(jìn)行了大量試驗(yàn)研究,并基于試驗(yàn)結(jié)果提出了設(shè)計(jì)方法。……
