深圳市龍城街道1008對夫婦孕前檢查結果分析

【摘 要】 目的 通過分析1008對計劃懷孕夫婦的孕前檢查結果，了解夫婦雙方健康水平，以便更好地開展孕前保健工作。方法 對1008對夫婦的孕前檢查結果進行分析，通過SPSS10.0軟件進行統計學處理。結果 7.44%的檢查對象有異常生育史，68.95%女性檢查出有各項異常，其中婦科及影響優生的疾病占56.12%，以宮頸炎、陰道炎居多。48.51%男性檢查有明顯異常，以男性生殖系統疾病、高血壓及肝功能異常居多。結論 孕前檢查對預防出生缺陷具有重要作用，應當加強對孕前保健必要性的宣傳，為孕前人群提供優質的孕前保健服務。

Result Analysis About 4147 Cases Pregnant Examination of Long cheng District of Shenzhen

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the pregnant examination result ， in order to guide the preconception health care work. Methods To study 1008 cases pregnant examination results in Long cheng District of Shenzhen. The outcomes were analyzed by SHSS11.0. Results Of inspection object 7.44% had abnormal reproductive history， 68.95% of women Check out the abnormal， and disease of department of gynaecology in the majority with cervicitis， vaginitis.48.51% of men have obvious anomaly inspection， to the male reproductive system disease， high blood pressure and abnormal liver function in the majority. Conclusion Pregnancy examination plays an important role in prevention of birth defects， we should strengthen the propaganda， the necessity of the pregnancy health care for pregnant people provides the high quality of pregnancy care services.

孕前優生檢查是預防新生兒出生缺陷、低出生體重等不良妊娠的關鍵環節，是出生缺陷一級預防的重要措施。目前，已經在國際上得到了普遍關注和廣泛實施。為提高出生人口的身體素質，探索孕前保健模式，國家計生委和財政部聯合組織開展了免費孕前優生檢查項目。2013年1月-11月，深圳市龍崗區龍城街道為1008對計劃懷孕的夫婦提供了免費孕前優生檢查項目，現將相關資料作回顧性分析，報告如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料 選擇一方或雙方為深圳戶籍、符合生育政策且尚未享受免費婚前醫學檢查服務的已婚計劃懷孕的夫婦及持有深圳居住證、符合生育政策、已婚并計劃懷孕的夫婦為目標人群，2013年1月1日-2013年11月30日，我街道計生中心共對1008對夫婦進行免費孕前檢查檔案信息錄入，并組織對象到龍崗區計生服務中心進行檢查。……
