濮陽市無償獻血者血液檢測結果分析

【摘 要】 目的 通過調查分析本地區無償獻血者傳染性指標檢測結果，來了解濮陽無償獻血者傳染病指標的感染情況，以便采取有效措施，減少血液報廢。方法 收集2008年-2012年間無償獻血者11793例，統計分析其乙型肝炎表面抗原HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-TP、抗-HIV及ALT感染情況。結果 本地區無償獻血者實驗室檢測結果總體陽性率為2.04%，檢測項目不合格率由高至低為ALT>抗-HCV>抗-TP>HBsAg>抗-HIV。結論 加強獻血前的體檢、征詢、查詢等措施，有效降低獻血者血液檢測不合格率，提高血液質量，減少輸血風險的發生。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the analysis of infectious blood donors in the region index test results， to understand the situation Puyang unpaid blood donors infected with infectious disease indicators. Methods The 2008 and 2012 11，793 cases of voluntary blood donors， statistical analysis of the hepatitis B surface antigen HBsAg， anti-HCV， anti-TP， anti-HIV and ALT infection. Results The results of laboratory testing blood donors in the region overall positive rate of 2.04%，low failure rate of the test items as ALT>anti-HCV>Anti-TP>HBsAg>anti-HIV. Conclusion Strengthening pre-donation medical consult， query and other measures to reduce the failure rate of donor blood testing， improve blood quality， reduce the risk of blood transfusion.

為了解濮陽市無償獻血者傳染性指標感染情況，我們對濮陽市2008-2012年無償獻血者血液檢測結果進行了統計分析。

1 材料與方法

1.1 標本 濮陽市2008年1月1日-2012年12月31日無償獻血者11793人次，獻血者年齡均在18-55周歲，經體檢符合《獻血者健康檢查要求》。

1.2 檢測項目及標準 嚴格按照GB18467-2001《獻血者健康檢查要求》進行檢測。

1.3 試劑及儀器 STAR8CH全自動加樣分析儀（瑞士HAMILTOM）；FAME全自動酶免分析儀（瑞士HAMILTOM）；ALT檢測試劑盒（北京貝肯公司）；HBsAg檢測試劑盒（初檢試劑：北京萬泰生物藥業有限公司，復檢試劑：英科新創有限公司）；抗-HCV檢測試劑盒（初檢試劑：北京萬泰生物藥業有限公司，復檢試劑：英科新創有限公司）；抗-HIV檢測試劑盒（初檢試劑：北京萬泰生物藥業有限公司，復檢試劑：Bio-Rad Laboratories，Inc法國）；抗-TP檢測試劑盒（初檢試劑：北京萬泰生物藥業有限公司，復檢試劑：英科新創有限公司）。所有試劑均符合相關標準要求，并在有效期內。……
