93例全口義齒滿意度調查分析

【摘 要】 目的 了解全口義齒患者對修復體修復效果的滿意度。方法 共完成93件全口義齒，對其修復效果的滿意度進行問卷調查分析。結果 患者對全口義齒在固位、翹動、附著體固位、附著體附件、義齒修理次數、食物范圍、牙磨損程度、咀嚼效率、疼痛和食物有無嵌塞等10方面的滿意度分別為 88%， 87%， 87%， 85%， 85%， 82%， 84%， 81%， 79%， 78%，總體滿意度為88 %。結論 全口義齒滿意度調查分析可為臨床上提高修復效果提供參考。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the patient'satisfaction with complete dentures.Methods 93 complete dentures were made for 93 patients.A questionnaire on the satisfaction was used in this study.Results Patients'satisfaction with complete dentures in retention， instability， attachment retention， attachment accessories， repair number， the food range， tooth wear， masticatory efficiency， pain and food impaction were 88%， 87%， 87%， 85%， 85%， 82%， 84%， 81%， 79%， 78%， respectively. Total satisfaction was 88%. Conclusion The study on the questionnaire of patients'satisfaction with complete dentures can provide reference to clinical practice.

隨著我國人口老齡化不斷增加，口腔問題越顯突出，牙齒缺失是常見的問題之一，全口義齒是臨床常見的修復方法之一，義齒修復可以改善患者的口腔功能，提高生活質量。同時，隨著使用全口義齒患者的不斷增多，患者對義齒的滿意度也不盡相同。本論文對在本院已進行全口義齒修復的病例，就其固位、翹動、附著體固位、附著體附件、義齒修理次數、食物范圍、牙磨損程度、咀嚼效率、疼痛和食物有無嵌塞等10方面的滿意度進行調查研究，為臨床提供參考。

1 材料與方法

1.1 一般資料 收集2008年8月～2013年3月于廣西醫科大學附屬口腔醫院修復科及分門診做全口義齒修復的患者，以現場問卷方式調查到93例，年齡31～83歲，平均68.6歲，其中男性54例，年齡33～81歲，平均67.7歲；女性39例，年齡51～83歲，平均68.9歲。

1.2 方法 問卷設計參照調查表1，采用現場問卷方式進行問卷調查。全口義齒功能的滿意度包括10項內容：固位、翹動、附著體固位、附著體附件、義齒修理次數、食物范圍、牙磨損程度、咀嚼效率、疼痛和食物有無嵌塞等，見表1。……
