厥陰病證治探究

【摘 要】 目的大力提倡經典著作的學習和應用，不斷掀起中醫經典理論學習的新高潮，發掘、發揚中醫藥簡便廉驗的治療優勢，引導正確的發展方向。方法筆者根據自己學習的體會，結合臨床實踐，針對厥陰病的證候；厥陰病的辨證；厥陰病的治療，三方面進行分析討論。結果從厥陰病的學習可以感受到，中醫理法方藥的奧妙，以及獨特、完善而縝密的理論體系。結論厥陰病篇在經典理論中的重要地位；以及她在中醫臨床中，特別是在對復雜性及疑難危重病診斷與救治中有重要意義，需要我們去不斷地研究和發展。

【Keywords】 Jueyin Certificate;Inquiry《傷寒論》是理法方藥具備的中醫學典籍，張仲景系統總結了漢代以前的醫學成果，在《內經》思想基礎上發揮和創造，創立三陰三陽的六經證治，體現了八綱辨證，衛氣營血辨證和臟腑辨證，本質上包含了中醫辨證的核心，是中醫辨證論治之鼻祖，是一部完整的中醫臨床癥狀鑒別診斷學，是中醫臨床醫學的理論基礎。《傷寒論》336條、342條、341條、331條、334條都論述厥逆的證候，冷熱時間的多少，病勢進退與預后的判斷。厥陰病篇是傷寒論排序中的最后一篇，是外邪由表入內傳變的最末一經，應當是病情最嚴重的階段，但其臨床所表現上熱下寒的寒熱錯雜，厥熱勝復，標志著病情反復而多變，說明正氣仍能與邪氣抗爭，處于邪正相爭階段。還未到少陰病陰盛陽亢的程度，從這一點上應該說少陰病癥候表現最重是符合實際的。……
