中西結(jié)合治療更年期功能性子宮出血療效分析

【摘 要】 功能性子宮出血是更年期婦女的常見病癥，必須經(jīng)過全面檢查做出明確診斷。治療方法多數(shù)采用保守療法。本文采用中西結(jié)合療法治療更年期功能性子宮出血48例，取得了較好的臨床效果。中西結(jié)合用藥可以誘導(dǎo)月經(jīng)及阻滯子宮內(nèi)膜發(fā)育，從而加速患者卵巢殘存卵泡的萎縮，增加血管阻力，減少子宮動脈血流。

【Keywords】 combination of Chinese and western;menopause;functional uterine bleeding;curative effect analysis婦女正常每次月經(jīng)血量在50毫升左右，個人更年期女性每次經(jīng)血量超過100毫升甚至幾百毫升。有時還伴隨著情緒變化，精神狀態(tài)不佳等更年期綜合癥。對于這類患者，首先要對其避免精神刺激、重視氣候保健、注意飲食衛(wèi)生等宣教。采用適當(dāng)?shù)闹委煷胧┱{(diào)節(jié)月經(jīng)周期，讓月經(jīng)變得有規(guī)律。本文采用中西結(jié)合療法治療更年期功能性子宮出血48例，誘導(dǎo)月經(jīng)及阻滯子宮內(nèi)膜發(fā)育，從而加速患者卵巢殘存卵泡的萎縮，增加血管阻力，減少子宮動脈血流。取得了較好的臨床效果。匯報如下

1臨床資料

選擇2011年3月-2013年12月間我院婦科門診收治的更年期功能性子宮出血患者48例病歷資料，年齡39-52歲。22例患者月經(jīng)周期縮短，隔2周；20例患者月經(jīng)周期延長，間隔2個月左右；30例患者月經(jīng)血淋漓不斷；12例個別患者伴有大量出血、血塊，8例患者經(jīng)期出現(xiàn)心慌、頭暈等貧血癥狀。隨機(jī)將入選的患者平均分為治療組與對照組，兩組患者的個人資料無顯著差異。

2治療方法

所有病例首先接受全面的婦科檢查，排除其他疾病，行藥物性刮宮治療：婦康片2.5-5mg/d，連用7-10天。……
