胎兒腎臟回聲增強的臨床分析

【摘 要】 目的探討和研究超聲檢查胎兒腎臟回聲增強的臨床意義。方法研究對象選取為2011年1月-2013年10月之間的26例產前B超發現胎兒腎臟回聲增強病例，征求產婦意愿，對同意引產的14例進行引產后胎兒尸體解剖，其余12例則進行隨訪。結果本組26例胎兒中4例合并染色體異常，3例合并其它臟器異常，1例具有多囊腎家族史，12例未引產的患兒中，2例出生后B超檢查提示腎臟回聲轉為正常，7例B超表現與產前相同，但無任何明顯癥狀。結論B超提示胎兒腎臟回聲增強主要是由于多囊腎、非特異性腎病或腎臟發育不良所致，在合并腎臟回聲增強時應當警惕，要詳細了解胎兒家族史、羊水量并做好各項檢查，綜合判斷。

【Keywords】 ultrasonography;prenatal examination;polycystic kidney;echo enhancementB超產前檢查中發現胎兒腎臟回聲增強在臨床上偶有報道，但具體情況及對產前管理指導的意義仍沒有定論，一般而言，腎臟回聲增強屬于非特異性的臨床發現，提示正常腎實質結構異常改變或消失，與腎臟疾病有著密切關聯。筆者就產前檢查發現胎兒腎臟回聲增強的原因及臨床意義進行了分析，現報道如下。

1資料與方法

1.1臨床資料研究對象選取為2011年1月-2013年10月之間的26例產前B超發現胎兒腎臟回聲增強病例，孕婦年齡23-39歲，平均27.4±1.8歲，孕周27-39周，平均33.4±2.8周，均為單胎妊娠。

1.2儀器與方法

1.2.1診斷儀器采用美國產GE730四維彩色超聲診斷儀，頻率3.5-5.0 MHz；荷蘭產飛利浦ie22彩色超聲診斷儀，頻率4.2MHz。
