凱福隆用于腹腔鏡膽囊切除術術后感染預防的效果觀察

【摘 要】 目的探討和研究凱福隆用于腹腔鏡膽囊切除術后感染預防的臨床效果。方法病例選取為2012年4月-2014年1月之間我院收治的行腹腔鏡膽囊切除術治療的100例患者，根據術后抗感染用藥不同分為兩組，對照組50例術前30min給予凱福隆3.0g靜注，觀察組50例則在對照組基礎上于術后給予凱福隆2.0g/次，2次/d靜脈滴注，連用3d，對比兩組患者的術后感染率和住院時間。結果觀察組患者術后感染率為2.0%（1/50），對照組術后感染率為8.0%（4/50），觀察組顯著低于對照組（P＜0.05）；住院時間對比上，觀察組同樣顯著低于對照組，差異具有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。結論凱福隆用于腹腔鏡膽囊切除術術后感染預防的效果顯著，結合預防用藥能夠有效降低感染發生率，縮短患者住院時間，值得在臨床上推廣和應用。

【Keywords】 claforan; Laparoscopy; cholecystectomy; postoperative infection抗生素在預防外科感染方面有著重要的作用，能夠有效控制術后感染的發生。凱福隆屬于第三代頭孢菌素，對于革蘭氏陰性菌的殺滅作用更強，筆者就凱福隆用于腹腔鏡膽囊切除術術后感染預防的臨床效果進行了分析，現報道如下。

1資料與方法

1.1臨床資料病例選取為2012年4月-2014年1月之間我院收治的行腹腔鏡膽囊切除術治療的100例患者，包括男性52例，女性48例，年齡24-67歲，平均45.1±4.6歲，其中慢性結石性膽囊炎62例，膽囊息肉38例。根據患者圍手術期預防性應用抗生素方案的不同分為觀察組和對照組各50例。兩組患者在一般資料對比上無顯著差異，具有可比性（P＞0.05）。……
