近10年國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)調(diào)查文獻(xiàn)研究

【摘 要】 目的 總結(jié)醫(yī)院信息化調(diào)查相關(guān)研究，了解存在的問題以及解決對(duì)策，分析未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。方法 檢索近10年國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)相關(guān)調(diào)查文獻(xiàn)，用CNKI分組工具進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，選擇重要文獻(xiàn)總結(jié)其研究?jī)?nèi)容和結(jié)果，并進(jìn)行綜述。結(jié)果 醫(yī)院信息化調(diào)查相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)類型多樣；從2009年起，文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量有大幅增長(zhǎng)；主要研究機(jī)構(gòu)為醫(yī)科大學(xué)或綜合大學(xué)的醫(yī)學(xué)院；無明顯核心作者；從文獻(xiàn)內(nèi)容分析，國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)還處于初步階段。結(jié)論 隨著醫(yī)院信息化發(fā)展，相關(guān)研究也會(huì)不斷發(fā)展。制定信息統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究將繼續(xù)升溫。研究?jī)?nèi)容會(huì)進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展。

Nearly 10 Years of Domestic Literature Survey of Hospital Information Construction

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the hospital information research related investigation，to understand the problems and countermeasures，and analysis of future trends.Methods Retrieving the past 10 years hospital information technology-related literature survey， conducting statistical analysis via CNKI grouping tool，summarizing the contents and results of selected important documents，and reviewing.Results Hospital Information relevant literature survey of various types；From 2009 onwards，the number of literature has increased significantly；major research institutions are universities Medical University School of Medicine； no obvious core authors；literature content analysis，the domestic construction of hospital information still at a preliminary stage. Conclusion With the development of hospital information，research will continue to develop.Research to develop a uniform standard of information will continue to heat up.Further research will be extended.

隨著信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用迅速普及，醫(yī)院信息化越來越受到人們的重視。各類關(guān)于醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)的研究層出不窮。為了解關(guān)于醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題以及解決對(duì)策和未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，對(duì)近十年來醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)調(diào)查研究的成果進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理和分析總結(jié)。

1 資料與方法

1.1 資料來源 由于調(diào)查類文獻(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)支撐，結(jié)果更為真實(shí)可信，因此選擇醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)調(diào)查的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究。數(shù)據(jù)庫選擇中國(guó)知網(wǎng)（CNKI）。考慮到醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)是醫(yī)院信息化的重要建設(shè)內(nèi)容，檢索詞選擇了“醫(yī)院信息化”、“醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)”、“調(diào)查”；以“主題”為檢索入口，檢索式為：（醫(yī)院信息化或含醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)）并含調(diào)查，通過模糊匹配進(jìn)行檢索，在結(jié)果中篩選2003至2012年數(shù)據(jù)。……
