探討牙齒敏感癥與牙隱裂的臨床診斷與治療

【摘 要】 目的 探討牙齒敏感癥與牙隱裂的臨床診斷與治療方法。方法 選取于2009年6月至2014年3月間于我院接受治療的牙齒敏感癥患者404例作為此次研究的樣本，對其臨床資料進行回顧性分析，重點分析非齲性病因，總結牙齒敏感癥與牙隱裂的臨床診斷方法及治療方法。結果 404例牙齒敏感癥患者中，有134例患者213顆牙齒為非齲性病因所致，其中磨損占第一位（87/213），牙隱裂占第二位（75/213）。對臨床治療結果進行分析后，未累及牙髓的牙隱裂治療有效率為81.25%（26/32），伴有牙髓炎的牙隱裂治療有效率為95.35%（41/43）。結論 牙隱裂是造成牙齒敏感的重要病因之一，要做到早期診斷和及時治療，治療時我們主張要有針對性的采取綜合治療措施。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate tooth hypersensitivity and clinical diagnosis and treatment of cracked teeth.Methods Between June 2009 to March 2014 for treatment of patients in our hospital 404 cases of tooth hypersensitivity as a sample of this study，clinical data were retrospectively analyzed， focusing on the analysis of non-caries etiology，summary tooth hypersensitivity and clinical diagnosis and treatment of cracked teeth.Results 404 cases of tooth hypersensitivity patients，134 patients with 213 non-dental caries etiology caused by wear and tear which accounted for the first one （87/213），cracked teeth for second place（75/213）.After analyzing the results of clinical treatment，not involving the pulp cracked teeth treatment effective rate 81.25% （26/32）， cracked teeth with pulpits treatment effective rate 95.35% （41/43）.Conclusion Cracked teeth causing tooth sensitivity is one important cause，to achieve early diagnosis and prompt treatment；treatment advocates have targeted our comprehensive treatment measures.

牙齒敏感癥有很大部分是由非齲性病因引起，非齲性病因中牙隱裂的發生率較高。作者對2009年6月至2014年3月間我院收治的404例牙齒敏感癥患者的臨床資料進行回顧性分析，以探究非齲性病因中牙隱裂的臨床診斷及方法。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料 所選樣本為2009年6月至2014年3月間我院收治的404例牙齒敏感癥患者，根據對臨床資料的分析，非齲性病因導致的牙齒敏感患者有134例，共計213顆牙齒，其中75顆牙齒被診斷為牙隱裂，涉及患者55例。55例患者中男27例，女28例，年齡分布為56-84歲，中位年齡為76歲；75顆患牙中上頜第一磨牙為24顆（32.00%），占第一位，下頜第一磨牙18顆（24.00%）占第二位；75顆患牙中累及并伴有牙髓炎有43顆，不伴有牙髓炎32顆。……
