滅鼠藥中毒導致嚴重鼻出血的護理觀察

【摘 要】 目的 分析研究滅鼠藥中毒導致嚴重鼻出血的護理實施效果。方法 取樣我院收治的14例因服用滅鼠藥中毒而導致的嚴重鼻出血患者，給予患者及時有效的治療以及護理，對其進行回顧性分析。結果 給予患者實施治療以及護理后，黏膜無出血糜爛情況，皮膚出血情況消失，瘀斑情況明顯改善，之后對患者肝腎以及凝血各項指標進行檢查，患者均痊愈出院，進行為期2個月隨訪觀察，無出血情況發生。結論 給予滅鼠藥中毒導致嚴重鼻出血患者，實施有效的護理干預，可減少鼻出血，提高患者生命質量，應用效果顯著。

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of rodenticide poisoning cause implementation effect of nursing serious epistaxis.Methods 14 patients admitted to our hospital because of taking sampling of rodenticide poisoning and lead to serious epistaxis patients，patients in a timely and effective treatment and nursing，retrospective analysis was performed on the.Results The treatment and nursing for patients with no bleeding，mucosal erosion，bleeding in the skin ecchymosis disappear，the situation improved markedly，after examination of liver and kidney and blood clotting index，the patients were cured，for a period of 2 months follow-up，no bleeding happened.Conclusion give rodenticide poisoning cause seriousepistaxis patients，the implementation of effective nursing intervention，can reduce the nasal bleeding，and improve the life quality of patients，applicationeffect.

鼻出血為一種比較常見的耳鼻喉科疾病，該疾病發生多是在全身性疾病或鼻部疾病而導致，病情嚴重者會出現失血性休克。本次研究中，給予我院收治的14例因服用滅鼠藥中毒而導致的嚴重鼻出血患者，給予患者實施有效的治療護理，患者恢復情況良好，分析具體護理體會為：

1 資料與方法

1.1 臨床資料 取樣我院從2013年2月到2013年12月收治的14例因服用滅鼠藥中毒而導致的嚴重鼻出血患者，男4例，女10例，年齡為18-34歲，平均年齡為26±0.6歲。一般在5天內急診入院，測量患者的體溫、脈搏、呼吸、血壓情況。入院檢查可見患者神志清醒，精神狀態差，有重度貧血，病史資料顯示5天患者出現不明原因的出血，量大，較難抑制出血停止。
