慢性支氣管炎治療中三伏貼應用的臨床價值分析

【摘 要】 目的 對慢性支氣管炎治療中三伏貼應用的價值及安全性進行分析。方法 103例慢性支氣管炎患者隨機分為觀察組63例，分別在頭伏、中伏、末伏的第一天予以三伏貼治療，連續治療2年；對照組40例，采用隔日1次，每次1ml卡介菌多糖核酸注射液肌注的治療方法，以36天為一療程。觀察組與對照組患者在采用此種治療方法后，均不再采用其他任何治療方式輔助治療。結果 觀察組總有效率為82.54%，對照組總有效率為65%（P<0.05），且在治療過程中均未發生任何不良反應。結論 三伏貼對慢性支氣管炎的治療具有顯著療效，且比較安全，值得臨床推廣應用。

【Abstract】 Object To observe and analyze the clinical effect and safety of applying Dog-day herb-stickers to treat Chronic bronchitis.Methods 63 patients were divided randomly into treating group，the patients accepted Dog-day herb-stickers treatment in the 1st day，11th day，21th day of the Dog-day in first year，and the same treatment in the 2nd year.And other 40 patients were divided randomly into control group，the patients accepted polysaccharide nucleic acid of bcg intramuscular treatment once every other day，take 36 days as a course.All of the patients in the two groups cannot take any other treatment for Chronic bronchitis.Results The total effective rate is 82.54% in the treating group，and is 65% in control group.There was no adverse reaction in the whole course.Conclusion The Dog-day herb-stickers manifest good clinical effect and safety in the treatment of Chronic bronchitis， and it is worthy of clinical promotion.

慢性支氣管炎是臨床常見病，主要表現為長期反復咳嗽、咯痰或伴有喘息癥狀。慢性支氣管炎具有多發性和難治性特點，在中老年人群中的發病率尤其高。作為中國傳統醫學的重要特色之一，冬病夏治也可以被應用在慢性支氣管炎的治療中，三伏貼正是立足于冬病夏治理論而研究出來的治療支氣管炎、哮喘等容易在冬天發作或加重的疾病的方法[1]。人體陽氣在三伏天達到最高，皮膚在氣血趨于機表的基礎上變得更加松弛，毛孔的張開對藥物滲透十分有利，對祛除邪氣有極大幫助[2]。本文主要對三伏貼治療慢性支氣管炎的臨床價值進行分析。

1 資料與方法

1.1 臨床資料 以重慶市沙坪壩區中醫院2008年5月-2010年8月收治的103例慢性支氣管炎患者為對象，隨機將其分為兩組。……
