摘要[目的]建立4個多用途萱草品種的離體快繁體系。[方法]以4個多用途萱草品種為試材,研究消毒時間對不同外植體的影響,以及不同激素配比的培養基對愈傷組織、增殖培養和生根培養的影響NAA培養基為4個品種的最佳生根培養基。[結論]該方法建立了4個多用途萱草品種的離體快繁體系,為萱草的種質資源栽培提供了理論依據。

Studies on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of the Four Multirole Hemerocallis fulva

Abstract[Objective] To establish tissue culture and rapid propagation of the four multirole Hemerocallis fulva. [Method] With the four multirole H. fulva as test materials, effects of disinfection time on different explants were studied, effects of culture medium with different hormone ration on tissue callus, proliferation and rooting culture were studied. [Result] The results showed that 10 min was the best disinfection time, and the best explant was scape; The best medium for callus was MS+1.5 mg/L6BA+0.2 mg/L IBA; Shoot reproduction medium was MS+1.5 mg/L6BA+0.2 mg/L IBA; The best rooting medium was 1/2MS+0.3 mg/L IBA and 1/2MS+0.3 mg/L NAA. [Conclusion] The tissue culture and rapid propagation of four multirole Hemerocallis fulva were established, which will provide theoretical basis for germplasm resource cultivation of Hemerocallis fulva.

萱草(Hemerocallis fulva)為百合科(Liliaceae)萱草屬(Hemerocallis)多年生宿根草本植物,是在野生萱草種質的基礎上,經過育種人員的精心選育而得到的栽培品種[1]。萱草屬植物根系發達,適應性強,花色豐富,是優良的園林綠化植物。萱草一般采用分蘗方式進行增殖,1株萱草每年僅可繁殖4~5株,難以滿足市場對珍稀品種的需求[2]。因此,亟需建立萱草的快繁體系。目前,對萱草組織培養的研究已有部分報道[3-9]。的再生體系,更多的萱草品種的快繁體系還有待進一步研究發現。
