優質護理在前列腺增生電切術護理中的應用探析

【摘 要】 目的 對應用優質護理模式對患有前列腺增生癥的患者在接受電切術治療期間實施護理的臨床效果進行研究。方法 將我院收治的90例接受電切術治療的前列腺增生癥患者隨機分為對照組和觀察組，平均每組45例。采用常規前列腺手術護理模式對對照組患者實施護理；采用優質護理模式對觀察組患者實施護理。結果 觀察組患者前列腺增生癥治療效果明顯優于對照組；住院治療時間明顯短于對照組；護理服務滿意度明顯高于對照組。結論 應用優質護理模式對患有前列腺增生癥的患者在接受電切術治療期間實施護理的臨床效果非常明顯。

【Abstract】 Objective To apply high-quality care model for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia during resection of the implementation of accepted clinical effectiveness of care research. Methods 90 cases in our hospital to receive treatment transurethral resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group， 45 cases in each group average. Conventional prostate surgery patient care model for the implementation of the control group care； using high-quality patient care model for the implementation of the observation group care. Results The treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia was significantly better than the control group ； hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group ； nursing service satisfaction was significantly higher. Conclusion The application of quality care model for patients suffering from benign prostatic hyperplasia during resection of accepting the implementation of nursing clinical effect is very obvious.

良性前列腺增生是目前臨床上公認的導致中老年男性的排尿功能出現障礙的一種常見病[1]。經尿道前列腺電切術是臨床對前列腺增生癥進行治療的一個“金標準”，該項手術治療方式主要具有手術操作時間短、術后恢復速度快、治療效果好、出現并發癥的可能性小等幾大特點[2]。本次研究對接受電切術治療的前列腺增生癥患者實施優質護理的效果進行研究，現匯報如下。

1 資料和方法

1.1 一般資料 選擇2011年8月-2013年8月我院收治的90例接受電切術治療的前列腺增生癥患者，隨機分為對照組和觀察組，平均每組45例。對照組中已婚患者42例，未婚患者3例；患者年齡35-76歲，平均年齡（56.1±0.8）歲；前列腺增生病史1-14年，平均病史（3.9±0.6）年；Ⅰ度增生患者17例，Ⅱ度增生患者16例，Ⅲ度增生患者12例；……
