護理程序在預防顱腦腫瘤術中病人壓瘡中的應用分析

【摘 要】 目的 解析護理程序在預防顱腦腫瘤術中病人壓瘡中的應用。方法 對我院收治的30例顱腦腫瘤術中病人采取護理程序，評估壓瘡危險因素，并針對顱腦腫瘤術中病人制定合理的護理目標及預防壓瘡的措施。結果 我院收治的30例顱腦腫瘤病人在治療期間均未出現壓瘡。結論 在預防顱腦腫瘤術中病人壓瘡中合理應用護理程序，能夠使護理人員有計劃性、有針對性對患者采取護理措施，提高了護理質量，避免了顱腦腫瘤術中病人出現壓瘡的機率，值得應用推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective To resolve the nursing program in the prevention of brain tumor surgery in patients with pressure sores application. Methods 30 patients in our hospital brain tumor surgery patients to take care procedures， pressure ulcer risk assessment and to develop reasonable care goals and measures for the prevention of pressure sores in patients with brain tumor surgery. Results 30 cases of brain tumor patients in our hospital during the treatment of pressure sores were not there. Conclusion Brain tumor surgery in the prevention of pressure ulcers in patients with reasonable application of nursing procedures， enabling nurses have planned， targeted measures to take care of patients，Improve the quality of care， avoiding brain tumor surgery patient's chance of pressure sores， worthy application promotion.

顱腦腫瘤大多數是緩慢發病，要使顱腦腫瘤得到治愈，需要進行顱腦腫瘤手術。顱腦腫瘤手術時間較長，手術時需要將顱腦腫瘤病人頭部采用三釘頭固定，這樣有利于醫護人員對病人采取手術治療措施。據相關研究報道，顱腦腫瘤病人的身體受壓點是壓瘡高發部位，顱腦腫瘤手術超出2.5h會提升壓瘡發生的指數，所以醫護人員要嚴格控制手術時間。基本上手術時間每延長30min，壓瘡的危險性就會相應增加33%左右，這對顱腦腫瘤病人是不利的。我院對30例顱腦腫瘤病人采取合理的護理程序，成功避免了壓瘡發生，具體結果報告如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 臨床資料 選取我院在2011年6月-2011年11月期間收治的30例顱腦腫瘤手術病人作為本次探究對象，其中男19例，女11例，年齡22-70歲，平均年齡（47.6±1.4）；手術時間3.7-7.6h，平均時間（3.9±1.2）h。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 護理評估 在對顱腦腫瘤病人采取手術治療前1d，需要查閱病人病歷，并與顱腦腫瘤病房護理人員做好有效溝通，從而掌握顱腦腫瘤病人實際狀況。……
