保護(hù)自己即保護(hù)他人

Admittedly， society is becoming more and more open， and people’s attitudes toward sex are no longer conservative， but the pathogenesis and spreading means of AIDs are not often mastered by the public comprehensively and scientifically. Besides， the present spreading modes of AIDs have changed. Some analyses show that， Sexual transmission has become the main way of HIV infection， instead of intravenous drug using and illegal blood collection and supply.

With the continuous development of science and technology， the death rate of AIDs are dropping gradually， however， the international society has paid much for the disasters caused by HIV. Therefore， how should young groups protect themselves from AIDs has become the most important in fighting against AIDs.

縱然，社會(huì)開(kāi)放程度在擴(kuò)大，人們對(duì)于兩性關(guān)系的接受程度也不再趨向保守，但艾滋病發(fā)病機(jī)理和傳播途徑往往會(huì)不為公眾所全面、科學(xué)地掌握，而且當(dāng)下艾滋病流行傳播的模式也發(fā)生了變化。有分析顯示，性傳播取代靜脈吸毒和非法采供血成為艾滋病病毒感染的主要途徑。

隨著醫(yī)學(xué)科技的不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步，艾滋病患者病死率在逐漸下降，但是國(guó)際社會(huì)為艾滋病病毒導(dǎo)致的災(zāi)難所付出的代價(jià)是沉重的。而青年群體如何保護(hù)自身免受艾滋病困擾，更成為抗擊艾滋病的重中之重。

Francoise Barre-Sinoussi once said， \"Protecting oneself is protecting others.\" He suggested that while paying enough attention to AIDs， “we should first have examinations in time. If a person is found infected with HIV through examinations， according to the present situation， he/she can get treatment in time. Such treatment does not only benefit the infected people， but is also good to others.” The fear for AIDs and the behavior of not turning to doctors and not telling the disease to others will not only delay the best treatment opportunity， but also endanger other innocent individuals.

“Although ‘exercising self-control so as to protect oneself from immorality’ is not trendy enough in modern society， mentioning ‘Abstinence’ is not suitable， and homosexual trends are increasingly accepted by the public， the loyalty to the beloved one should still be advocated by society.” An anonymous expert expressed to the reporter. As for how should young people be away from AIDs， he said with sincere words， “Promiscuity will bury bombs for one’s health. Young people should strengthen their safety protection awareness. Female young people should learn to say no to unsafe sex and do not loosen their guard of safety protection for the so-called ‘passion’.”

弗朗索瓦絲·巴爾·西諾西表示，“保護(hù)自己，就是保護(hù)他人。”對(duì)艾滋病要引起足夠重視的同時(shí)，西諾西強(qiáng)調(diào)“首先要做到及時(shí)檢測(cè)。某人如果通過(guò)檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn)不幸感染HIV，那按目前情況，是能夠得到及時(shí)治療的。及時(shí)治療不僅使得感染者獲益，對(duì)別人也有好處。”對(duì)艾滋病的恐怖心理以及遮遮掩掩諱疾忌醫(yī)的行為，不僅會(huì)延誤治療最佳時(shí)機(jī)，也可能會(huì)危及其他無(wú)辜的個(gè)體。

“雖然‘潔身自好’在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)里，顯得有些不夠時(shí)髦。當(dāng)然再提‘禁欲’教育也顯得格格不入，而且同性?xún)A向也日益為大眾所接納，但對(duì)于感情的忠誠(chéng)仍然是要為社會(huì)所著重提倡。”一位不愿具名的專(zhuān)家這樣向記者表述，對(duì)于青年人如何免去被艾滋病所襲擊，他語(yǔ)重心長(zhǎng)地表示，“濫交，絕對(duì)會(huì)為健康生活埋下定時(shí)炸彈。青年人，尤其應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)性安全保護(hù)觀念，女性青年還應(yīng)學(xué)會(huì)對(duì)不安全性行為說(shuō)‘不’。不要為所謂的‘激情’松懈了對(duì)安全防護(hù)的堅(jiān)守。”
