不文明現象頻現

Ren Maodong， committee member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress， said publically with distress， \"Large numbers of relics are constantly dying in an abnormal way.\" Statistics show that at present， a large amount of heritage resources and cultural heritage are subject to serious destruction of both natural force and human activities. Take the Chinese Great Wall of the Ming dynasty for example， only 8.2% of the wall is better preserved and 74.1% is in poor preservation condition， only left the fundamental part of the ground.

Among vandalism， doers are apt to make it because of random and easy operation of graffiti and lettering behaviors.

中國全國人大常委會委員任茂東于公開場合痛心表示，“許多文物不斷走向非正常消亡。”資料顯示，目前，大量的文物資源和文化遺產不僅遭受著自然性的破壞，還嚴重遭受著人為的破壞。其中，以中國明長城為例，墻體只有8.2%的保存較為良好，74.1%保存狀況較差，甚至只剩下地面的基礎部分。

而在人為破壞的事件當中，涂鴉刻字行為由于操作的隨意性及簡便性，使得“作惡”人員常常得逞。

In fact， inscription on places of interest has actually long existed. According to Chinese historical records， Wang Xizhi from the Dongjin Dynasty has left his \"Inscription on walls before departure\"， and Cui Hao， a poet from the Tang Dynasty also had his impressive poem \"The late had passed away with yellow cranes， only the Yellow Crane Tower left here，\" when standing atop the tower. Li Bai， a poetic genius also lamented on top of the Yellow Crane Tower， \"Unspeakable at the marvelous sight in front， but overwhelmed by the poem of Cui Hao.\" In ancient times， poetry and ode， brush and stroke left by literati remain to be well thought of and have also become an integral part of the cultural heritage.

However， as the times move forward， weird graffiti and lettering has loomed ugly， imposing unprecedentedly exacerbating destruction on historically solemn cultural heritage.

其實，臨壁題字淵源由來已久。據中國史料記載，東晉王羲之有“臨行題壁”之舉，唐朝詩人崔顥登黃鶴樓亦留下“昔人已乘黃鶴去，此地空余黃鶴樓”一詩，詩仙李白后登黃鶴樓也感嘆“眼前有景道不得，崔顥題詩在上頭”。在古代，文人雅士吟詩題詠，揮毫潑墨，留下的墨寶至今仍作為美談，亦成為部分文化遺產的組成。

但是，隨著時代的發展，變味的涂鴉刻字以丑陋的形式出現，使得承載厚重歷史的文化遺產發生了無以復加的毀滅。

In October 2013， 10 teeth from left to right of a white marble Li （a legendary dragon） in Qinian （pray for a good harvest year） Gate in the Temple of Heaven Park in Beijing， China， was maliciously marked with a black thick \"×\" like a row of tooth decay. In August this year， staff of North Line of the West Lake in Hangzhou， China found illustration plates and pillar couplets of 12 attractions like the Su Xiaoxiao Tomb， the Wu Song Tomb， Broken Bridge and Melting Snow were artificially sprayed with red paint.

埃及千年神廟赫然出現“丁錦昊到此一游”的中文涂鴉，引發嘩然一片。甚至，美國自由女神像腳下也曾曝出被中國好事游客提筆留字。提及“丟丑丟出國門”，民族感情都分外激憤，但“把丑留在國門”的現象更有過之而無不及，并表現出不同于僅題寫“某某到此一游”的形式和內容，以更丑惡的“嘴臉”啃噬著文化遺產的“體膚”。

2013年10月，中國北京天壇公園園內祈年門漢白玉螭首，從左至右10顆牙齒皆被人惡意用黑色粗筆打上了“×”，宛如一排蛀牙；今年8月，中國杭州西湖北線工作人員發現12處景點如蘇小小墓、武松墓、斷橋殘雪的說明牌、楹聯被人為噴上紅漆。
