In June this year， Chinese President Xi Jinping made important instructions on the anti-drug work. He pointed out， drug prohibition is an important task associated with people’s happiness and well-being and social harmony and stability. We should make great efforts to strictly crack down on various drug criminal activities and resolutely curb the momentum of drug spread. In a sense， drugs ruin a man and a family， and even form social cancer. Valentina also warns， “If there’re no immediate measures to stop young people from taking drugs， we will be at risk of genocide and destruction of our nation.”

2014年6月，中國國家主席習(xí)近平對禁毒工作作出重要指示，他指出，禁毒工作是事關(guān)人民幸福安康、社會和諧穩(wěn)定的一項重要工作。要嚴厲打擊各類毒品犯罪活動，堅決遏制毒品問題蔓延勢頭。從某種意義上來看，毒品不僅毀掉了一個人，也毀掉了一個家庭，甚至成了社會毒瘤。而瓦倫提娜也警告，“對年輕人吸毒若不立即采取措施，我們將面臨著種族滅絕、國家被毀滅的危險。”

Earlier， Russian President Medvedev said， to determinedly fight behaviors of drug abuse and trafficking， we recommend firmly investigating and dealing with nighttime entertainment places where a good many drug gather besides cutting off transnational drug trafficking routes. He also showed support for making legislation to subject students to drug testing in schools so as to prevent flooding of drugs.

According to reports， if one is found taking or using drugs in Japan， even if only once， can be arrested and subject to criminal penalties； all high schools and middle schools have set up “classrooms to prevent drug abuse”， and police officers as well as senior drug capturing experts conduct relevant educational guidance on students. At the same time， Elementary School Study Guide Essentials have been specially revised， with the content on the prevention of drug abuse. Students from primary and secondary schools are provided with books on drug education so that children can build up from awareness of anti-drug and anti-virus awareness at an early age.

早前，時任俄羅斯總統(tǒng)的梅特韋杰夫表示，堅決打擊吸毒販毒行為除了要求切斷跨國販毒路線外，建議對吸毒者出入的夜間娛樂場所予以堅決查處，并表示支持立法讓學(xué)生在學(xué)校接受毒品檢測，以阻止毒品泛濫。

據(jù)悉，在日本吸食或服用毒品，哪怕僅有一次，即可能被逮捕并受到刑事處罰，所有的高中和中學(xué)都設(shè)立了“防止濫用毒品教室”，警官及資深緝毒問題專家會對學(xué)生進行相應(yīng)的教育指導(dǎo)。與此同時，還專門修訂了“小學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)要領(lǐng)”，將有關(guān)防止濫用毒品的內(nèi)容寫入其中，向中小學(xué)生發(fā)放毒品教育讀本，讓孩子們從小就建立反毒和防毒意識。

Liu Yuejin， director of Drug Prohibition Bureau of Ministry of Public Security of China openly states that youth must recognize and pay attention to the dangers of synthetic drugs ideologically and reverse such a misconception of “synthetic drugs are not addictive， and taking once does not matter.”， develop a healthy ， civilized， fresh style of entertainment and recreational activities， try to avoid going to nightclubs and other entertainment venues， be careful in making friends and prevent themselves from going astray out of curiosity.

中國公安部禁毒局局長劉躍進則公開指出，青少年一定要從思想上認識和重視合成毒品的危害，一定要扭轉(zhuǎn)“合成毒品不會成癮、吸食一次沒關(guān)系”的錯誤觀念，養(yǎng)成一種健康、文明、清新的娛樂方式和娛樂生活，盡量避免去夜總會等娛樂場所，慎重交友，不要因為好奇而誤入歧途。

The reporter finds in the survey that in the case of drug abuse of youngsters， some families and schools can hardly absolve themselves from the blame because of absence of education until the disclosure of the youth arrested for drug abuse， only to sigh “Their teaching is not in place.” In some cases， wives remain stay together with their drug-taking husbands， while in others， the husbands divorce with their addict wives， leaving families broken up. All of this fills us with great sigh.

Some experts say that drug users are victims as well as offenders， particularly those minors whose psychological and physiological mechanisms are not sound yet. Once they contact with drug addiction， it will be more difficult and cost more to quit it. For this， the society should offer them more care rather than discrimination and exclusion.

記者在調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)，在曝光的青少年吸毒案件中，一些家庭和學(xué)校教育的缺失“難辭其咎”，有些青年在家吸毒多年，父母竟然毫不知情，直至案件曝光吸毒青年被抓獲時，才感嘆“教子無方”。與一些案件中男性吸毒，而妻子不離不棄的做法不同的是，女性吸毒之后，丈夫與其離異并繼而家破人亡的案件，著實令人唏噓。

有專家表示，吸毒人員雖是違法人員，同樣也是受害者，特別是那些心理和生理機制尚不健全的未成年人，他們一旦接觸吸食毒品，戒毒的難度加大并且成本較高，社會應(yīng)積極給予其關(guān)愛，而不是歧視和排斥。

As previously mentioned， younger drug addicts tend to have inverse mentality in the presence of “Only-reading theory” owing to their psychological maturity， however， it’s hard to tackle once the “Pandora’s box” has been opened. Therefore， more efforts should be made in the drug prohibition education on youth to penetrate the concept of resisting drugs deep into people’s heart.

Of course， despite years of appealing for similar promotion of “cherishing life and keeping away from drugs，” how many people can thoroughly comprehend the simple slogan only after involvement in drug addiction？ In the face of drugs， life is actually vulnerable， and no one seems to be strong.

后記：低齡化吸毒者心理處于未成熟期，往往在家庭及學(xué)校蒼白的“唯讀書論”面前產(chǎn)生逆反心理，而當(dāng)“潘多拉盒子”被打開時，后果常常是他們難以處理的。因此，對青少年禁毒教育應(yīng)進一步加大力度，將抵制毒品的理念深入其心。

當(dāng)然，各個國家在諸如“珍愛生命，遠離毒品”的宣傳中呼吁多年，但這簡單的八個字又有多少人是在以身試毒后才痛徹領(lǐng)悟的呢？在毒品面前，其實生命脆弱，沒有人是強者。
