摘要:采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法測定了麻黃(Herbal ephedra)、桂枝(Ramulus cinnamomi)及其藥對中Ca、Cr、Fe、Mg、Mn、Zn等6種礦質元素的含量。結果表明,麻黃、桂枝的Ca含量較高,其次是Mg和Fe;Mg的提取率最高,分別為64.74%和45.88%,藥對的提取率均介于兩種單味藥材之間。對這兩種藥材及其藥對中礦質元素初級形態的研究,為進一步探討礦質元素與藥效之間的關系提供參考。

Analysis on Mineral Elements Contents in Primary Speciation in Herbal ephedra and Ramulus cinnamomi and Pair of Medicine by FAAS

Abstract: Contents of Ca, Cr, Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn in primary speciation of trace elements in Herbal ephedra and Ramulus cinnamomi and pair of them were determined by flame atomic adsorption spectrometry. The results showed that the highest content of trace elements in Herbal ephedra and Ramulus cinnamomi was Ca followed by Mg, Fe. The extraction rate of trace elements of Mg was higher in two medicines, which were 64.74% and 45.88% respectively. The extraction rate of pair of them was between two medicines. This study provided reference for further study of the relationship between the trace element and the medicine efficacy of herb in Herbal ephedra and Ramulus cinnamomi.

麻黃(Herbal ephedrae)是麻黃科麻黃屬植物的干燥草質莖,最早見于《神農本草經》記載,其功效:“主中風,傷寒頭痛,溫瘧,發表出汗,去邪熱氣,止咳逆上氣,除寒熱,破積聚[1]”。桂枝(Ramulus cinnamomi)為樟科植物肉桂的干燥嫩枝,具有發汗解肌、溫通經脈、助陽化氣、平沖降氣的功能,常作為配方用于風寒感冒、脘腹冷痛、血寒經閉、關節痹痛等癥[2]。麻黃和桂枝兩種中藥常配對出現,張仲景《傷寒論》之麻黃湯記載,麻黃和桂枝兩味中藥為辛溫解表常用中藥藥對,是發汗解表之峻劑[3,4]。本試驗根據中草藥礦質元素分析方法,結合中藥的煎煮飲用方式,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法測定其中Ca、Cr、Fe、Mg、Mn、Zn等6種礦質元素的含量,并分析了相關的形態參數,為進一步研究其藥效與礦質元素的關系提供參考。
