摘要:以塔羅科血橙(Citrus sinensis cv. Tarocco)皮為原料,采用超聲波法提取黃酮類化合物。在單因素試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行正交試驗(yàn)考察乙醇溶液體積分?jǐn)?shù)、料液比、超聲波處理時(shí)間、提取溫度等因素對(duì)黃酮類化合物提取率的影響。結(jié)果表明,正交試驗(yàn)各因素對(duì)血橙皮黃酮類化合物提取率的影響從大到小依次為料液比、提取溫度、乙醇溶液體積分?jǐn)?shù)、超聲波處理時(shí)間。最佳提取條件為乙醇溶液體積分?jǐn)?shù)50%、超聲波提取溫度50 ℃、超聲波處理時(shí)間40 min、料液比m橙皮粉∶V乙醇=1∶35 g/mL、超聲波功率400 W,此條件下黃酮類化合物的提取率可達(dá)1.021 3%。

Optimization of Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction Technology of Flavonoids from Tarocco Blood Orange Peel

Abstract: Using Tarcocco blood orange(Citrus sinensis cv. Tarocco) peel as raw material, flavonoids were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted technology. Based on single factor tests, orthogonal experiment was conducted to explore the effects of ethanol volume fraction, material to solvent ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature on yield of flavonoids. The results showed that the rank of factors affecting extraction yield from high to low was material to solvent, extraction temperature, ethanol volume fraction, extraction time. The optimized extraction conditions were, material to solvent ratio, morangepeel powder∶Vethanol=1∶35 g/mL; extraction temperature, 50 ℃; volume fraction of ethanol, 50%; extraction time, 40 min; and ultrasound power, 400 W. The extraction yield of flavonoids was 1.021 3% under these conditions.

塔羅科血橙(Citrus sinensis cv. Tarocco)原產(chǎn)于意大利,富含多種維生素、β-胡蘿卜素、花青素苷以及黃酮類化合物等[1,2]。黃酮類化合物是一類重要的植物次級(jí)代謝產(chǎn)物,廣泛分布于植物界尤其是被子植物中[3,4],具有深淺不等的黃色[5],主要包括黃酮(Flavone)、黃酮醇(Flavonol)、異黃酮(Isoflavone)、黃烷酮(Flavanone)、雙苯吡酮(Xanthone)、喳耳酮(Chalcone)、花色素(Anthocynidin)、色原酮(Chromarne)等[6,7],具有抗氧化、預(yù)防心血管疾病、抗衰老、降血糖、增強(qiáng)機(jī)體免疫力等作用[8,9]。柑橘類果皮質(zhì)量占果實(shí)的30%左右,是重要的生物質(zhì)資源,目前大部分果皮被丟棄,既污染環(huán)境又造成極大的浪費(fèi)。……
