成人肱骨髁間粉碎性骨折伴尺神經損傷手術治療

【摘 要】目的：分析和探討手術治療成人肱骨髁間粉碎性骨折伴尺神經損傷的臨床治療情況和效果。方法：隨機選擇肱骨髁間粉碎性骨折伴尺神經損傷成人患者31例，對他們采取手術治療，并統計、分析和比較患者的臨床療效。結果：經過統計顯示，在術后3～36個月的隨訪期間，31例患者的骨折癥狀均痊愈，尺神經的卡壓癥狀得到基本的消失或改善。結論：采用手術固定方法治療成人肱骨髁間粉碎性骨折伴尺神經損傷，其臨床療效顯著，是一種理想、有效、安全的治療方法。

【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the operation analysis and treatment of adult humeral intercondylar comminuted fracture with clinical treatment and effect of ulnar nerve injury.Methods： Random selection of intercondylar comminuted fracture of humerus with ulnar nerve injury in 31 cases of adult patients， surgical operation treatment for them， and statistics， analysis and comparison of the clinical efficacy of patients.Results： After statistics show， after 3-36 months of follow-up， fracture symptom of 31 patients were cured， ulnar nerve compression symptoms disappeared or improved the basic.Conclusion： The treatment of adult humeral intercondylar comminuted fracture with ulnar nerve injury using fixed method of operation， the clinical effect is significant， and is an ideal， safe， and effective method for the treatment of.

選擇2011年10月～2013年10月期間，在我院進行手術治療的肱骨髁間粉碎性骨折伴尺神經損傷成人患者31例，對他們進行回顧性分析?，F將具體情況報告如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料 隨機選擇2011年10月-2013年10月期間，我院收治的成人肱骨髁間粉碎性骨折伴尺神經損傷患者31例?；颊叩哪挲g大約為17歲～47歲之間，平均年齡為29.3±3.6歲；女性患者12例，男性患者19例。經臨床診斷，全部患者均伴有尺神經損傷，且患者在年齡、性別、病癥類型等方面均無統計學意義（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法 對患者采取臂叢阻滯方法進行麻醉，而后取其仰臥體位，行氣囊止血帶手術，顯露肱二頭肌的內、外雙側切口。即：沿患者的肱骨內髁進行弧形切口，并沿肱三頭肌內側頭與肱二頭肌內側的間隙進入。而后，沿患者的肱骨外髁進行弧形切口，并沿肱肌與肱二頭肌外側的間隙進入，使肱骨髁間的前部、內側以及外側顯露。……
