序貫機械通氣聯合參麥注射液治療COPD重癥呼吸衰竭臨床研究

【摘 要】 目的：對序貫機械通氣聯合參麥注射液治療COPD重癥護理衰竭患者的臨床效果進行觀察和分析。方法：以我院收治的100例COPD重癥呼吸衰竭患者為研究對象，將患者分組，對照組患者在常規治療上增加參麥注射液治療，實驗組患者在對照組的基礎上增加序貫機械通氣。對兩組患者的血氣分析變化以及臨床指標進行觀察和比較。結果：實驗組患者血氣分析變化改善程度大于對照組，臨床指標優于對照組，差異存在統計學意義，P<0.05。結論：采用序貫機械通氣聯合參麥注射液對COPD重癥呼吸衰竭患者進行治療，具有顯著的治療效果，值得推廣和普及。

【Abstract】 Objective： To consistently mechanical ventilation combined treatment SMI intensive care treatment failure in patients with COPD clinical effects were observed and analyzed . Methods： 100 cases in our hospital with severe respiratory failure in patients with COPD as the research object ， the subgroup of patients in the control group patients in the conventional treatment increased Shen Mai injection therapy， patients in the control group， the experimental group on the basis of increased penetration of mechanical ventilation therapy . Blood gas analysis on changes in two groups of patients and clinical indicators were observed and compared.Results： The changes in blood gas analysis of the degree of improvement than the control group ， the clinical indicators better than the control group， the difference was statistically significance ， P <0.05.Conclusion： The treatment consistent mechanical ventilation combined with SMI in COPD patients with severe respiratory failure treatment ， a significant treatment effect ， worthy of promotion and popularization .

慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）的臨床體征主要表現為氣道、肺實質以及肺血管慢性炎癥。患者臨床上主要表現為喘憋，嚴重患者甚至會出現心腦受損，造成心力衰竭。如何提高COPD重癥呼吸衰竭患者的治療效果，提高患者的生存率成了醫療事業的一個重要內容。在此次臨床研究中，我院對收治的100例COPD重癥呼吸衰竭患者進行分組研究，實驗組采用序貫機械通氣聯合參麥注射液進行治療，效果顯著。詳細臨床報道如下所示：

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料 此次臨床研究主要以我院在2008年1月份到2012年1月份收治的100例COPD重癥呼吸衰竭患者為研究對象，其中男性患者有57例，女性患者有43例。年齡范圍為49歲到88歲，平均年齡為67歲。病程為4年到29年，平均病程為16年。所有患者經過診斷，均符合2002年中華醫學會呼吸病學會制訂的COPD診治標準。……
