面向社會(huì)需求的網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)

摘 要： 針對(duì)當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)存在重理論輕實(shí)踐的不合理現(xiàn)象，提出了“兩條主線、兩個(gè)統(tǒng)一、兩個(gè)結(jié)合”的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)；圍繞這一目標(biāo)，構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程課程體系、實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)和校企結(jié)合方案。實(shí)踐表明，該培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力，提高了人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量。

Cultivating talent in network engineering professional based on social needs

Abstract： Aiming at the problem "heavy theory and light practice" existing in cultivation of professional talents in network engineering， a slogan "two main lines， two unified， two binding" is proposed as a talent cultivation target. Around this target， a course system of network engineering is established to combine practice teaching and school-enterprise integration. The practice shows that this plan of talent cultivation enhances the students' practice ability and improves the quality of talent cultivation.

0 引言

網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程專業(yè)是教育部頒布的《普通高等學(xué)校本科專業(yè)目錄》之外的專業(yè)，教育部從2001年開(kāi)始增設(shè)該專業(yè)以來(lái)[1]，培養(yǎng)了大批網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生，但由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程人才的培養(yǎng)模式滯后于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，工程教育存在“學(xué)術(shù)化”取向，導(dǎo)致高校培養(yǎng)出來(lái)的畢業(yè)生普遍缺乏實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力，難以有效滿足社會(huì)的用人需求，造成了企業(yè)需求旺、畢業(yè)生供給旺，但同時(shí)企業(yè)招聘難、畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的“兩旺兩難”現(xiàn)象[2]。因此，在校期間讓學(xué)生得到足夠的實(shí)踐鍛煉，掌握必要的技能，提升職業(yè)能力，使學(xué)生能夠在畢業(yè)后較快勝任工作已成為培養(yǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程人才的要求[3]。眾多高校紛紛提出了“工學(xué)交替型”、“訂單式”等培養(yǎng)模式[4]。

中北大學(xué)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“我校”）是國(guó)家“2011計(jì)劃”協(xié)同院校、教育部“卓越計(jì)劃”建設(shè)高校、工信部和山西省共建的省屬重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，從2003年開(kāi)始招生網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程專業(yè)的學(xué)生，至今已培養(yǎng)了6屆近600余名畢業(yè)生，雖然我校不斷加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力，但從近幾屆畢業(yè)生就業(yè)反饋信息來(lái)看，在實(shí)踐教學(xué)中仍存在實(shí)踐內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)性、綜合性和創(chuàng)新性不足，缺乏特色，與企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程人才的需求關(guān)聯(lián)不緊密等問(wèn)題。……
