計算機專業應用型人才培養模式探索

摘 要： 在當前教育大發展的時期，高等教育已經從精英教育向大眾教育轉變。為了真正培養出“具有綜合能力和全面素質的應用型人才”，探討了地方應用型本科院校結合自身的特色，建立應用型人才培養模式。以計算機專業為例，從改革基本思路、培養目標、培養模式、培養方案四方面對計算機應用型人才培養模式進行了探索。

Exploration into the training mode of applied talents of computer specialty

Abstract： In the current period of rapid development of education， higher education has changed from elite education to mass education. The characteristics of local application-oriented institutions are discussed， and the cultivation mode of application-oriented talents is established. From the perspective of computer specialty， the personnel training mode is explored from the basic ideas， the training target， training mode， training program in the computer application.

0 引言

地方應用型本科院校要從自身的特點出發，明確自己的辦學目標、辦學方向、辦學特色，以此為基礎進行學科建設。如果地方應用型本科院校也采用綜合性重點大學的培養模式和培養方案，無論是在師資上還是在生源上都沒有任何優勢，那么在當前激烈的社會競爭中就必然會敗下陣來。所以地方應用型本科院校一定要明確辦學宗旨，體現地方性、教學性、應用性，從地方經濟特點出發，培養為地方經濟服務的計算機專業人才[1]。

在地方上，我們分析了對計算機專業畢業生的需求：機關單位對計算機網絡的維護與管理人員的需求，工廠里對計算機控制人員、信息管理軟件應用和維護人員的需求，地方對小型應用系統開發人員的需求。根據需求，我們在培養人才的過程中應注重把地方特色與專業培養結合起來。培養出有地方特色、并且能為地方經濟服務的新一代大學生。

1 培養目標

培養目標是“教育實踐活動過程中具有先決性質的核心概念”，是整個學校教育教學活動的出發點和依據，也是學校教育教學活動的最終歸宿。……
